It was a very bad hotel experience. My family was transiting in Xinduqiao on the way back from Daocheng Yading. We specially booked a family room at Home Inn, which had a king-size bed and a single bed. We thought that at least it was a chain hotel, and the service and facilities should be fine. The room was a little small. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, the girl at the front desk ignored us and didn't even have spare quilts. Three of us, including my two kids, had to share one quilt. I couldn't even turn over, and the pillows were too high and hard, so I couldn't sleep at all. There were a lot of hair from the previous guest behind the faucet of the washbasin in the room. There was no way to adjust the floor heating in the room to the right temperature. It was hot when it was turned on and cold when it was turned off. The paid oxygen concentrator at the head of the bed was so bright that the child's father couldn't sleep the whole night. It was still very bright when blocking it with a face towel, and the only way to turn it off was to remove the room card! ! ! I am really speechless... It's my first time staying in this kind of business chain hotel. The room cost more than one thousand a night, and it was such a terrible experience. I am really speechless! ! !

The soundproofing is so poor that you can hear everything outside clearly. The hotel might have just been renovated, and the smell is so strong. They said it was an oxygen-supplied room, but you had to scan a code to pay before you could use it. Oh my god.
