前台熱情周到，給我們老兩口升級了房間。酒店設施齊全，停車場很寬暢，房間乾淨衞生，設定了很完備的自助洗衣房。早餐豐盛，還有當地特色美食: 酥油茶，青稞餅……特別值得稱讚！

5月2日那天晚上堵在去新都橋的路上，晚上11點才到，堵在路上的時候導航就在提示酒店降價了，我們到了以後問前台，前台説沒有（我姐比我們先到，當時跟前台説過價格的事情，前台説確實降了，説怎麼我們後面到的就不認降價的事兒了……）。而且我們當時訂的山景房，結果窗户打開就是一堵牆！真的很影響心情！但是當天開了一整天的車實在懶得跟酒店掰頭這些破事兒。（説一嘴:最後也沒退差價）
