We arrived quite late, but the store called us in advance. After we arrived, they were worried about our high-reaction luggage and helped us solve it. They also upgraded our room. Hahaha😬 Very welcoming❤️The room has local characteristics, I like it very much

A hotel that must be liked manually! Highly recommended to "friends who have strict requirements for hotels", it is a hotel with good cost performance and hardware and software on Tagong grassland! The decoration is very new, and the decoration style is a bit like the "Songtsam Hotel Series", which is great! The facilities are very complete, with floor heating, oxygen generator, and automatic and heated toilets. The service was also very good, helping to carry the luggage upstairs. Any request will be responded to immediately. The breakfast was great (see photo). I saw the boss helping us wash the car in the morning, I was so touched! The only minor drawback is that the room phone cannot call the front desk.

I generally rarely comment, even if it’s a review for a gift! This is indeed the best B&B I have stayed in in the past two years. It is clean, quiet, the people are very warm, and the service is attentive. There is not much food in the town, and I strongly recommend eating soup pots in the Amalita store! Extremely clean!

總體不錯，老闆很熱情友好，但是前台服務人員（可能是暑假工？）服務意識有待加強。我們到達的時間確實有點晚了，前台以此為由不願給我們預訂時顯示為贈送項目的下午茶酸奶（預訂界面沒有明顯標明下午茶供應時間，且當時酒店裡是有現成的，不知前台出於何種心理就是不願意給我們，也許是嫌麻煩吧）。當我們再三要求且點了一份300的氂牛火鍋後才給了我們一人份（我們加司機一共3人），後來才説老闆送我們幾份，最後還是給了三份。個人認為580多的價格在當地不算便宜，氂牛酸奶作為贈送項目的初衷是好的，酸奶本身也不是很貴（之前訂酒店時看到其他民宿300多的房價也會送酸奶），但是這樣摳摳嗖嗖，感覺像什麼很大的恩惠一樣施捨給我們真的令人非常不適。此外也沒有哈達迎接，第二天我們問前台要棉簽也回答沒有（棉簽這些應該常規酒店/民宿標配）。當然，也有做的好的地方：會幫我們拿行李、辦理入住時倒茶等。但總的來説還是希望老闆加強對前台接待人員的培訓吧。 設備方面，總體還行。熱水來的很快，這點很贊。但是製氧機一般。實際上，我們之前訂這家民宿的初衷是看到它有“瀰漫+鼻吸”式製氧機。但是這邊的製氧機功率很小（應該是小型製氧機，帶鼻管吸了半天血氧才80多，相比之下，我們之前入住的一家有落地式製氧機的帶鼻管吸了5-10分鐘血氧就有90了），而且當我們選擇提高氧氣流量時氧氣濃度就自動下降了，因此在鼻吸效果一般的情況下更無法達到瀰漫全屋的效果了。第二天起來兩個人頭都暈暈的，同行人血氧更是直接掉到60了。建議有高反的還是使用那種大的落地式的製氧機，而且要帶鼻吸管。其他設施都還可以，裝修挺精緻的，看得出花了一番心思，還有個小院子。

酒店是新開業，裝修很藏式風格，而且乾淨衞生。我們到達的時候已經是晚上快11點了，小姐姐看見車進院，都跑出來幫我們拿行李，辦入住的時候還給拿茶喝，很貼心。尤其是第二天的早餐太精緻了，意外的驚喜。旅途上隨手訂的酒店超級滿意，下次走318還會續訂。
