這家民宿位於榆林村，服務方面和周邊其他民宿存在較大差距。這個地方完全叫不到網約車交通全靠自駕和民宿接送。我們之前住清雅居民宿老闆免費給我們開車來回康定新城而且説隨叫隨到讓我們很感動，並且清雅居給我們送到小貢嘎環線徒步起點的價格也很優惠。而相比之下這家康定央格拉姆民宿全程溝通都讓遊客特別不舒服。我們從山上下來，拖了兩個多小時還沒等到車我直接步行下去在半路才碰到車子把我們接回民宿，第二天退房想讓老闆幫送到下面一公里多公交站老闆也是直接拒絕我們衹能走了半個多小時下去公交站。他家付400元去野馬海子就有車，送客人到附近公交站就沒車這家就是這樣。整個溝通過程老闆都是在懟我的狀態，他們家的車子全到山上拉客賺錢去了，和其他民宿相比住客的服務保障基本沒有。民宿環境方面中規中矩，我們定的是大房間結果給我們安排到一層環境很差的小房間貨不對板後來我經過交涉才給我們安排到我們預訂的房型大房間。此外，淋浴的水特別冷完全不熱，我沒有高反將就着用。擔心高反的朋友請注意他家淋浴水温太涼了跟洗涼水澡一樣。本來我們是打算住兩晚的，結果民宿老闆這個態度我們住了一天就換其他民宿走人了。

兑換了一張餐券，合計三個早餐，問老闆娘幾點鐘可以吃早餐，老闆娘説八九點。第二天早上七點起來，看別的住客吃了早餐走了，對我們卻説要八九點，沒辦法衹能在外面去吃。

整體來説很温馨， 老闆説話很親切，也會給我們介紹當地的景點怎麼走，房間真的很乾凈帶着孩子來的，不冷不熱的天氣正好 房間設施也很齊全

位置很好找，廣告牌很顯眼。老闆非常熱情，附近玩的也多，出門往東走就是白海子的徒步起點，不想走路的話，騎馬衹需要400元，我就是去這裏徒步，然後鞋子不小心丟在民宿了，老闆也會熱心的幫忙郵寄回去，真的是十分感動
