酒店安逸舒適，管家阿多熱心細心，餐廳服務員拉姆康珠周到體貼，餐廳餐品新鮮好吃。房間內彌散式供氧，加濕器，冷飲小食一應俱全。遊覽冷嘎措後休息的首選酒店，希望品牌能在四川多開幾家～

這可以説是住過的高奢酒店/民宿體驗能排上前三的一家了
唯一的不好就是位於海拔3400左右的高原地區，可能對有高原反應的人不友好一丟丟
但即使是高原反應，工作人員都是一直積極提供氧氣包、葯物積極在幫助處理這點可以説是滿分。
服務首先非常熱情，我們有加床，工作人員們都是非常貼心在為我們考慮給予最合理的價格。每個工作人員都非常熱情，讓我在新都橋整個住宿和人文甘薯非常好。
酒店設施，這是唯二兩家房間有提供化粧鏡的，女孩子才能懂的貼心。設施上沒得説，吹風機加濕器都是戴森的，酒店自己準備了黑膠唱片，讓整個住宿很有自己的氛圍。房間的衞生都做的非常好，入住很放心。我們訂的房間外面的景色就像畫一樣，早上起來第一件事就是對着窗子發呆。
酒店晚上會帶着大家一起鍋莊，雖然高原地區很怕自己高反，但是參與的時候還是很開心。
總的來講，全方位是會想要再去的酒店。
