Good location on walking distance from CBD, South Bank and Grocery Store open 24x7. Limited number of parking spots are available at the back. The Room I stayed in was not clean and full of bugs. Furniture and bed sheets were seriously worn out

It's a shame to have to give this rating because the customer service is spectacular. The place has great potential to be a quality hotel, however it is in pretty bad condition, rusty things, musty smell, dirty walls. I hope they can improve those aspects soon.

What an experience at this place fully open to outside in a terrible area at night with strange people in and out the hotel (**********, *****, alcoholic…) wouldn’t recommended that place even if your interested by.. When we arrive for check in bed linen was not change after 30min someone come a give some sheets (happy to pay a room for make my bed at 10pm) lots of bugs and amneties in poor conditions lots of rubbish and old mattress on the rooms (nice view from the bathroom, main issue on this booking was around 10pm when we leave the room and we get follow by a crazy girls (she leave in this place like many other permanents) she looks like drunk or ***** and she want to fight with us for no reason we run out and she finally finish by send this bootleg of beer on us need to call the police How this place can take this people and tourist in same time ? After this just come back to the room and move from this crazy place After this trip I also make a claim to health service as a place like this cannot be open All the good review is made by the permanent and not the tourist

We stayed here for two nights in a queen room (booked for three but our flights canceled made us a day late) upon arriving we realised it wasn’t what we seen in the pictures. the room was covered in bog which was obviously to fix holes and hadn’t been re painted we were provided one blanket WITH BURN HOLES Likley from cigarettes, the window didn’t close the whole way so we were cold the aircon smelt like dirt and dust and there were missing PowerPoint coverings. The bathroom was tiny and had no window or ventilation so when my partner went to the toilet it stunk out the whole room. The kettle was rusty inside and the power points were dodgy and we couldn’t plug in our chargers properly without them falling off the wall. Also you can hear everyone and everything. A bloke walked down the hall way and FARTED and we could hear it in our room. Also had someone’s iPhone alarm going off at 4am and they didn’t turn it off until 4:30am Wouldn’t stay here again don’t recommend for ANYONE but especially people with kids. it is dirty small and gross. I would have just paid the $80 extra and stayed somewhere nicer if I’d known but the pictures were deceiving. You are not getting what you see in the pictures

The room is very dirty. Lots of cockroaches. Feels unsafe. This by far was one of the worst motels I have ever been to. Cockroaches crawling everywhere in the room and flies annoying us. When I woke up in the morning, I found a cockroach crawling on the wall. Insects crawling in and out of the room makes this room super uncomfortable and unsafe.

They should re-name it the cockroach hotel, it is filthy and full of cockroaches, they should shut the place down, it is a health risk.

The room was full of cockroaches Bathroom door only opened halfway due to falling apart Only 1 cup 1 fork 1 towel for 2 people staying for 2 nights Last time we stayed there we were in A section and it was a lot better

Mold everywhere and room odour was terrible. Needs total renovation. Do not reccomend at all.

Old and dirty. Cockroaches are running around inside while I’m having dinner and taking a shower. The headboard is dirty and the pillow is very thin. I have to fold both of them so I can raise my head up.

Good for backpackers . It’s a dump and the noise from other rooms was inconsiderate. AC did not work. Bathroom was dirty . Never going back.

The money I have spent for which is worth. However, I would like to pass message to management. Motel should leave extra toilet paper and tower on bathroom of someone needs it and Microwave in common area for people to heat the food.

Pretty basic but everything I needed. If you're not too fussy then this should be good enough
