Sheraton Mendoza Hotel Reviews

Clean hotel but no amenities like tooth brush, cotton buds and kettle etc. Only one bottle of water per twin room, which is very inconvenient especially when it is New Year’s Eve and all the shops and supermarkets closed early. Breakfast is good though.

Room was clean except for a half full bottle we found hidden behind the drapes. Facility was neat and tidy. However, chairs in bar area need steam-cleanig as the material is quite dirty. Recommend switching to leather or other material that hides stains better. The only real downside was the bar and its menu. There is no ability to order wine by the glass, but the QR code they want you to scan shows wine by the glass, and the server was generally confused about what to do. Everything else was first class, and I would definitely stay again.

Great service and cordial staff. Nice breakfast and the pool with jacuzzi ! Beautiful view from the room.

The food at the restaurant recommended by the hotel concierge was very good and the staff were friendly. The only drawback was that the viewing glass windows in the room seemed to have not been cleaned for a long time, which affected the effect of appreciating or taking pictures of the scenery.

The decoration of the store is very unique, very suitable for taking photos, it is quite photogenic

It's a good hotel. It leaves nothing to be desired for the category.

The worst Sheraton hotel I've ever stayed in, no two, the service is very poor, even the printer can't print the order, the computer power-on password in the business hall is 1234, other pick-ups, the hospitality is even worse
