Beautiful lake front hotel and friendly staff. Lovely view from the balconies. Rooms are clean, well-appointed and spacious. Parking is very convenience. Highly recommended, will be back for sure .

This was honestly one of the best hotels we have stayed in , in years. The staff were exceptional and could not do enough for me and my family. (Reception, Restaurant, Concierge, everyone), The food is great and you almost don’t want to leave the hotel cos it’s just so perfect. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Zurich that does not want to be in the middle of the city. It’s only 10mins drive / train away. Exceptional!

Checked in in September, booked 2 rooms, the fee has been paid on Ctrip, but I was deducted 2500 Swiss francs, no pre-authorization, but consumption deduction. When communicating with the hotel, they replied that the booking information was for 2 people? ? But they know very well how many people are staying in the room! ! ! The room is much larger than expected and even has a small kitchen. You can directly see the lake. When you check in, you also get a welcome drink so you can go to the bar to order most drinks. Breakfast is in the form of free ordering a dish plus buffet, and the large French windows of the restaurant next to the lake make people feel happy. Good service, friendly staff. Probably one of the best hotels in Zurich.

The ALEX is stylish and the views of Lake Zurich are indescribably beautiful! When you enjoy the excellent food in the restaurant, you just feel like you have arrived. The spa is minimalist and definitely lacks a swimming pool! In any case, the staff tries very hard and is service-oriented and conveys an appreciation that is not fake.

In addition to choosing a little bit (17 minutes from the city by car), the room grade is average, everything else is good and clean, the restaurant is also good, it is quite big, and the scenery is good......

Wonderful, quiet location right on the lake, small wellness area with direct access to swimming in the lake. The finest breakfast, buffet and a la carte for any egg dishes. Not to forget the excellent espresso and cappuccino. Rooms with a view of the lake and first-class parquet floors, as well as the service and friendliness of the employees were excellent. Simply everything to enjoy.
