Room Cleanliness: The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a sparkling bathroom. The housekeeping staff did a great job every day.

isited Kampot in early 2025 and stayed at Banyan Tree, which provided a truly wonderful experience. The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a sparkling bathroom, thanks to the excellent housekeeping team. The bed was large and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making us feel welcome. The hotel’s location was ideal—right by the river and just a short drive from the city center, offering a perfect mix of relaxation and easy access to sightseeing. The spacious hotel grounds and serene riverside setting made the environment fresh and enjoyable, creating a peaceful retreat we absolutely loved.

The hotel location, the service and the people there was chilling of our stay. Live ban was lifted, love it! walkable and comfortable, highly recommend for a solo or couple . Thank you again to the team Bayan tree for amazing stay, will definitely come back.

We love everything about this gorgeous gem, just right in the center, the tidying and clean and what makes this beautiful piece unique is their friendliest staff (huge thank you). We are definitely come back and huge recommend to everyone oh the live band music is a must.

Banyan Tree just reopened recently and it’s such a great place! Location is right in front of the river, very relaxing and great atmosphere. Staff is super attentive and friendly and they host great parties on Friday night. Rooms are very clean and nice and the food is delicious. Make sure not to miss out on Banyan Tree while you’re in Kampot!
