From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff made me feel welcome. They patiently answered my questions and gave great recommendations for nearby attractions. Every staff member greeted me with a smile. Their kindness and professionalism made me feel valued as a guest. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room fresh every day. Towels and toiletries were always replaced on time. I loved how well-kept the gardens and poolside area were; it added to the hotel’s charm. The breakfast and dinner buffet offered both local and international options. Everything tasted fresh and was beautifully presented. This hotel offered luxury-level service at an affordable price. I felt like I got more than I paid for. The staff’s professionalism and the clean environment made me feel at ease. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

As always, this being our favourite hotel and destination, we celebrated our 20th consecutive year staying at this luxurious relaxing hotel. The hotel continues to develop, introducing new features to enhance the guest experience and make holidays extra special. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and efficiently checked in by a very helpful and polite receptionist, who arranged for the bellboy—also exceptionally courteous—to escort us to our room. We chose a spacious and beautiful Elite room with a direct sea view and balcony, which made our holiday truly memorable. Watching the sunrise and the moonlight shimmering on the sea was breathtaking. The housekeeping staff were excellent, keeping our room spotless and changing the bathroom towels twice daily. The Elite room included a Nespresso coffee machine, which was replenished daily along with milk. The hotel is perfectly situated on the beach in a quiet location. Rhodes Town and Faliraki are easily accessible by bus or taxi. For those who enjoy walking, the Epsilon shopping centre is about a 20-minute stroll away, offering shops and bars. Bus fare to Epsilon is €1.50, while taxis range from €7.00 to €12.00. The food at the hotel was outstanding, with a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes. Waiter service is available in the dining room three to four times a week, including themed nights. Maria, our preferred waitress in the main dining room, consistently provided excellent service. Despite her busy schedule, she always greeted guests with a smile and put their needs first. While we always requested Maria, we are confident that the other waitresses are equally dedicated. It was somewhat disappointing to see that a minority of guests did not adhere to the evening dress code, with some wearing sports shorts, T-shirts, and sandals. However, it was delightful to observe that the majority of holidaymakers were elegantly dressed. We highly recommend dining at the Thalassa à la carte restaurant by the beach, which offers an excellent selection of dishes with generous portions and outstanding service. Live entertainment is available either outdoors or indoors, depending on the weather, for everyone to enjoy. For those who love to dance, the hotel hosts an excellent disco every Sunday night. If you haven’t tried the hotel’s spa facilities, we strongly recommend a visit—they offer reasonable prices and a relaxing experience. The staff and waiters at Poseidon Beach Bar and Mythos Bar provided exceptional service throughout our stay. They were consistently polite, helpful, and had a great sense of humour. Special thanks to Anastasia, Demetrius, Kristyna, and Meika, who always greeted us promptly and made our holiday extra special with their cheerful service.
