The facilities are complete and comfortable, the floor-to-ceiling windows have a good view, and the location is convenient for shopping. "Worst ever experience in a hotel...I booked the room via Revolut stay app, as soon as I booked the apt. , i received a quite impersonalized email from a person in Isreal, requesting my ID picture, I sent it right away and then no response...at all...After numerous emails without response, two people entered the premises and then I realized that the entrance door was broken. So, I found an emergency number and thankfully, two very kind persons located in Greece, helped me get access to my room. When I entered the room, I realized that they have abandoned the cleaning services for the last week, broken furniture, dirty walls and bedsheets that normally should have been changed. Since I managed to enter my room after midnight, i decided to stay there since I was already exhausted. In the morning I tried to use the shower, I soon regretted it, since the shower device did not work and also the shower was dirty enough; so I abandoned the room as soon as possible, leaving this terrible experience behind. I complained to the company as I should do for the future costumers, they promised to return me the money, as it was expected, they never did. Such a pity, that companies like these, provide hotel services, defaming the Greek hospitality services."

That said, the personal was very nice, the breakfast was excellent and the rooms were clean, had air conditionning, hot water and wifi. If you are looking for a not expensive hotel, it does the job."

"We had a wonderful stay at 10 Apartments & Suites Athens in Kallithea and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The apartments are beautifully designed, modern, and extremely clean. Everything feels brand new and thoughtfully arranged, making the space both comfortable and stylish. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is excellent with a lovely rainfall shower, and the apartment includes great amenities such as a smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen area. The location is also fantastic. The property is close to the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center and within easy reach of Athens’ main attractions such as the Acropolis and the Parthenon, making it a great base for exploring the city. What truly made the stay special was the hospitality. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The apartment also offers thoughtful extras like private parking and spacious balconies, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was spotless, well maintained, and exactly as described. Overall, this is a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Athens and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and relaxing place to stay."

"Where do I begin.. My friend and I booked this hotel only for the sole purpose of it being near the Water Square and definitely regretted it. The room we booked was the only one available for the time being and it ended up being extremely inappropriate. There were mirrors everywhere which at first sight isn’t weird, but there was a jacuzzi in the middle of the room( surrounded by mirrors) and the room’s aesthetic was all dark, red and awkwardly sexual… Ignoring all that however, in matters of safety both the windows and the radiators were dirty and moldy. Lastly soundproofing isn’t a thing I guess because you could constantly hear the elevator going up and down. As for the stuff I can’t complain they were alright."
