Pools, entertainment and staff were excellent. Watersides and carousel were great.
Drinks undrinkable and food was VERY repetitive but available constantly. Never had to worry about our children going hungry or being board.

Mukava perhehotelli
Todella ystävällinen henkilökunta. Majoituspaikan yleiset tilat ja allasosasto todella modernit ja siistit. Huoneessa hiukan enemmän ikä näkyi kuin mitä kuvat antoivat ymmärtää, mutta siistiä, mukavaa ja tilavaa silti.
Lounas loistava, paljon erilaisia vaihtoehtoja ja runsas jälkiruokapöytä. Myös aamiainen ja illallinen hyvä. Olimme liikkeellä ennen korkeaa sesonkia, joten ihan kaikki palvelut eivät olleet saatavilla.
Sijainti todella hyvä, muutama kilometri syrjässä Falirakin hulinasta, hotellilla oma ihana ranta.

Kiva hotelli
Loistava hinta-laatusuhde. Ruoka oli todella hyvää,sekä aamiaisella, lounaalla ja illallisella tarjollla oli monipuolinen valikoima. Ison hotellin miinuksena kuitenkin koimme että ruokailutilat olivat hieman "levottomat".
Päärakennuksessa oleva Baari oli rauhallinen ja palvelu siellä erinomaista.
Henkilökunta oli koko hotellissa ystävällistä. Saimme toisena päivänä vaihdettua huoneemme rauhalisempaan rakennukseen, huoneluokkamme oli alunperin korotettu isompaan perhehuoneeseen jonka koimme kuitenkin "vääräksi" ratkaisuksi - kiitos tästä järjestelystä.

Where’s the double bed
Nice hotel good food
Downside even though we booked a double bed we got 2 singles which isn’t ideal
Pushing them together doesn’t make it a double bed
We have found thus in lots of the hotels in Rhodes which needs to be addressed as it’s very annoying

Perheille sopiva hotelli kohtuuhintaan
Viihtyisä ja lapsiperheelle oikein sopiva hotelli. Erittäin ystävällistä henkilökuntaa. Paikat pääosin tosi hyvässä kunnossa, mutta huoneessa pieniä sanomisia. Superior Family huone oli todella tilava. Toukokuun alussa vielä kaikki ei ollut auki / toiminut täysillä ja allasvesikin oli todella viileää. Toki vieraitakin oli vielä vähän ja hotelli oli vasta avannut toukokuun alusta. Lapsille oli mukavasti aktiviteetteja ja peräti viisihenkinen viihdytysjoukko järjesti kaikenlaista ohjelmaa vieraille. Ruuan ja varsinkin juomien (olut, limonadit) laadussa olisi ollut hieman parantamisen varaa. Hyvin tarjolla hedelmiä / jäätelöä / hattaraa / yms. Kahvi todella hyvää. Nopeasti hotellin edestä bussilla Falirakiin tai Rodoksen kaupunkiin. Water Park tien toisella puolella. Hyvä hinta/laatu -suhde.

It’s an amazing place to go with children

I was on holiday here with my daughter and granddaughter. I emailed the hotel a couple of weeks before, asking could our rooms be close together, they were, mine was 347. Check was very easy, with free room safe. The tourist charge as €7, per room per night. My room was a twin with bath and shower with view of the sea and pool. I did have some issues with ants in room, the staff did their best to get rid of them but they are a persistent creature. The television stopped working the day before I left. All staff were excellent. Maria looked after us very well in the main restaurant. At the beginning of our holiday the food was varied and mostly excellent. However because it was the end of the season, and guest numbers dwindled the choice wasn’t as varied and replenishment not a quick. I can understand this because of the problem with food waste. When we were leaving there were only 100 guests and 200 staff. Drinks were local, and not too bad. One point that should be mentioned, was that because our rooms weren’t going to be used again this season we were allowed to keep them until we departed free of charge. It was a strange experience with the hotel getting ready to close for the year, few people around the pools and public areas. All in all we enjoyed our holiday, thank you all.
