Wow… what can I say!! Me and my sister just returned from a 10 night stay at Kresten Palace and I can honestly say I couldn’t fault anything. The hotel was amazing, just what we needed. Great facilities and friendly staff. However a special shoutout has to go to the staff in Olympia restaurant. We were very well looked after Antonis and Erofili, they are a credit to the hotel. We genuinely looked forward to going to breakfast and dinner to see them and the warm welcome they gave us every time. Also to Kiko and his entertainment team! From working in entertainment myself I know how hard these guys work and they provided top tier entertainment and their energy was always on top form. The room was great for the price, we didn’t need anything special and the beds were extremely comfortable. The housekeeping staff were always friendly! Thank you so much for making this a memorable trip for me and my sister!

No no no For the price you can find better Rooms are diferent than pictures an have o funky smell Changed the first one because the smell was unbearable (room 265) Second room we got was near the Ac unit and you can imagine the noise… (room 144) On the second day we had the nice surprize when we went to the toilet at about 2 am When we turned the light on the Cockroaches started to scatter… Breakfast was not very good, you have decent quantity but not much in the way of quality … Staf is ok

Wonderful place with access to Rodes City and other touristic spots by bus. You can enjoy plenty at the hotel itself with a wonderful view and nice swimming pool plus activities. The hotel itself is a bit in an isolated area, but worth to go out and see other places on the island. The beach is a bit difficult to reach when you're not so fit, and also the sea itself is rocky and not easily accessible. Other than that it's a great place for a vacation in Rhodes!

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία : εγγύτητα στην πόλη και σε υπηρεσίες αλλά και εύκολη πρόσβαση σε σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Δωμάτια ευρύχωρα, εξοπλισμένα και πεντακάθαρα. Πολύ καλή ποιότητα και ποικιλία φαγητού. Προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό με κορυφαίους αυτούς του εστιατορίου και ιδίως τον Αντώνη και την Εροφίλη ! Τους ευχαριστούμε ιδιαιτέρως, μας έκαναν να αισθανόμαστε σαν στο σπίτι μας ... Ίσως χρειάζεται κάποια βελτίωση στις βραδυές διασκέδασης και στο ωράριο του pool bar. Τέλος είναι τέλεια η σχέση ποιότητας - τιμής. Συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα.

I’m not going to lie here but the hotel is absolutely mint. The service and the entertainment is impeccable, special shout out to Raquel, Lucas, Seba and Erla, 10/10. Speaking to them felt like speaking to long lost friends, also full of suggestions of things to see and stuff to do. Would highly recommend to anyone :)

Hotel avec des espaces de verdure autour d'une piscine Chambre grande lit confortable salle bain petite douche a rénover Chaises métalliques sur le balcon inconfortables et bruyantes qd on les déplace. Plage inexistante et impossible de se se baigner a la mer , un ponton pourrait être aménagé Le point negatif est le restaurant, salle grande et trop froide (clim trop forte) heureusement qu'il y a la véranda, mais surtou la nourriture est juste correcte repetitive et pas assez chaude. Malgré des signalement sur la chaleur des plats, pas d évolution. Dommage Par contre personnel très gentil et chaleureux. La jeune femme qui faisait notre chambre ainsi que George et Surtout Antonis au restaurant. Heureusement qu' ils sont là... Des progrès à faire pour se maintenir à un bon niveau

Me and my partner visited recently for the first time. Straight away we both said this is a resort we would definitely return to. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The food was delicious and plenty of options to choose from. We was upgraded on our room due to the room we booked not being available on the first night. The room was always clean and tidied and Raquel always did a fantastic job at making sure we returned to a clean room and was friendly and polite when talking to us. The animation team were super friendly and always tried to include everyone in their activities. Kiko was amazing in particular, funny and took the time to get to know both of us.

I stayed here for a week with my friend. Absolute no fault to anything. The hotel is gorgeous and in an amazing area. The entertainment staff / staff in general could not be more kind and welcoming. The entertainment itself was incredible - we looked forward to every day and evening , full of fun and laughter. Such a lovely team of people who made our stay completely rememberable. (spice girls :)
