This was an amazing resort, the staff were super friendly and it was all really nice & clean. The Mountain View from our room was great during sunset. The waterpark was a lot of fun, even for adults. The buffet food wasn’t amazing for vegetarians, but went down really well for my partner who ate meat. I think map or better signage would be helpful to show where all the amenities are as well as the schedule for the activities/shows.

Beautiful hotel, the room was fabulous and the food at all of the restaurants was to die for. Great location if you want a chilled holiday or a mix of things to do, the old town is only a 15ish min taxi away. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples or families.

The kids club is fantastic - not just an animation team but qualified good people who really go the extra mile. Hotel fantastic/ safe/ clean now been twice. The beach is safe and private our 7 year old daughter was safe to snorkel herself. Fabulous holiday - the kids club is such a bonus as the kids want to go and you can book slots throughout each day. Kids night entertainment in the amphitheater also great.

Wir hatten hier eine großartige Zeit. Ein Zimmer ging Richtung Meer, der Ausblick ist ein Traum!!! Das andere Zimmer Richtung Inland da konnte man schön sehen wann der Kinderbereich öffnet,sehr praktisch! Es wurde viel für Kinder angeboten, wir haben gar nicht geschafft überall dabei zu sein aber die Betreuerinnen waren alle sehr nett. Eine konnte sehr gut deutsch was die Verständigung extrem vereinfacht hat. Auch hatte die Betreuung Kindergartenniveu wie man es aus Deutschland kennt. Das hat nochmal Vertrauen geschafft. Das Restaurant wird streng geführt ;-) und man wird einem Tisch zugewiesen, da muss man sich dran gewöhnen, und die Zimmernummer wird jedesmal erfragt anstatt eines Bändchens das einen ausweist.
