Honest review - Bottom line is this hotel is not a 5 star. It looks aesthetically pleasing but nothing else. Service is very poor, staff are not attentive enough, you will need to constantly flag them for orders. Even around the pool you have to keep getting up and down to the bar, despite them being 4 staff members congregating around the bar talking. Even at breakfast, you will have staff members in a group waiting to get their breakfast at 10:30am despite customers still eating. This hotel has a lot of groups of young males and females - mainly stag and hen do’s which can be quite rowdy and uncomfortable at times and definitely not relaxing. One group was singing and dancing even on top of the bar, drinking their own alcohol, playing their own music and nothing was done about this, so this hotel must accept this behaviour. Another group was in the pool messing around and was even spitting on each other in the pool. Multiple times people were diving in the pools. Again life guard sat and watched this happen. There was lots of drain flies in our room. Drain flies are caused with dirty drains and there was a slight smell of sewage around the pool at times. The cleanliness of the hotel is not great either, soil at the bottom of the pools, people’s food on the floor for days and mucky cups. The food is average - even at the a-la-carte’s very basic ingredients most dishes had a ‘film’ on it which indicates it’s been sat there a while before being served. The worst food was around the pool side area. The music is absolutely shocking that plays around the pool. Managers seem to be in groups laughing and joking and even smoking cigars. Not professional and it shows you how little attention they pay to what’s actually going on. So, if you are planning on going to a hotel with your friends or if you are a social media influencer looking for nice pictures and have low expectations on service then this is the hotel for you! Other than that, don’t waste your money.

Room The rooms were near enough clean and tidied everyday which was much appreciated. We had a twin room with extra bed for 3 of us, abit small but we made do. A delux room with sea view. Amenities Bring your own iron and toothpaste and two pin plug. They dont give much other than mini sewing things, shower cap, body/hand wash, shampoo/ conditioner, robes towels slippers and coffee and water. And a two pin plug!! Shisha was 10/10 compared to many places in london. Downside is that the pools shut at 6 so you cant come back and swim. Movie night is on tuesdays and thursdays!! Deffo look up at the stars too if you care for that. Service The resort i must say was amazing. I loved the hotel. The staff were nice (some abit stand offish). As everyone says, it was fully booked but seemed empty, plenty of pools and sunbeds. Got a free upgrade which was lovely. Booked taxis with reception regularly and they allow you to keep your bags in the hotel if you dont have a late check out. Food We had bed and breakfast. The breakfast was good. Decent vegetarian options. Only downside was the lack of halal food or even just the menus for the restaurants werent great. Im not sure why people say to just get all inclusive because even if we had that, i wouldnt bother eating at the restaurants but thats my opinion. Town is 15ish minutes away Lindos is 1 hourish Kallithea springs is 15 but a bus is actually quicker

The restaurant was excellent! Cozy atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, and truly delicious food. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely come back!

An excellent resort with first class facilities. We chose the adults-only Elissa Resort and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Our room was beautifully appointed, had a charming sea view and was flooded with morning sunshine. The choice of restaurants was varied but I would advise early booking - ie before your holiday - to obtain your desired choice. There is a wide selection of swimming pools and a ‘no towels on loungers’ policy ensures that all guests are accommodated in a relaxed manner. However, the highlight of the trip was the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. They made our stay memorable. I would recommend hiring a car to explore the island although there is a frequent bus service to Rhodes town from just outside the hotel complex.

The hotel was really good. We had a cocktail masterclass with Spyros a really nice guy , he explained us a lot of things about cocktails and we enjoyed some tasty cocktails. The food also was really good. I will definitely come back. The hotel has really good vibes.
