"This place is absolutely wonderful! It boasts charming vintage Republic of China architectural style. The hotel's location near the scenic area makes getting around incredibly convenient. All the staff are exceptionally warm and enthusiastic, and the breakfast was perfectly to my taste. The rooms are tastefully decorated, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. I honestly didn't want to leave! Highly recommend it for a truly relaxing escape."

"This is my 3rd time stay at PanTower, everything is perfect, bed is comfortable and room is big. Stay at the same room twice with beautiful river view on the 18th floor. Definitely come again if I come to Kaiping."

"1. Check-in Process Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up. 2. Restaurant Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time. 3. Rooms Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too. 4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked. 5. Laundry They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes. The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it. 6. Check-out Very quick and smooth. 7. Location Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break. Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion) 1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important. 2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures. 3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular). 4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use. Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice."

"The hotel environment location is okay, but the hotel cleaning sister seriously harassed guests, 8:00 in the morning guests still resting, their own room door came in said to do hygiene, 9:00 and knocked on the door said to do hygiene, the above behavior seriously violated the privacy of guests and seriously affected guests' rest, hope the hotel seriously deal with this issue"

"Exceptional place and staff. The room was exceptionally cosy, and the bed was literally the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Breakfast and restaurant's dishes were delicious, often serving veggies from their own garden. Staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to provide every kind of tourist information. The surrounding is beautiful and calm. In one word: absolutely best place to relax!"

"The ambiance was wonderful. The hotel boasts a charming vintage style, and the ground-floor afternoon tea lounge by the river offers absolutely picturesque views. Service was excellent; all the staff members were incredibly polite and courteous. The facilities were comprehensive and well-maintained. It seems we were upgraded to a balcony room, and the view from our balcony was truly lovely. The hotel was spotlessly clean."

"The receptionist 小徐 has offered us free upgrade for lakeview rooms and the rooms were good! Clean and spacious with nice view! Breakfast in acceptable range as options are quite limited. There are 2 convenient stores within walking distance but none of the eateries nearby. So we had to take Didi to travel to the mall nearby for dinner. Overall, Vienna is quite a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay there. "

The staff handed me warm tea and towels, which instantly dispelled my fatigue. I also got an unexpected room upgrade. The room was spacious and comfortable with complete facilities. "Facilities: Average, nothing special, but the air conditioner is too noisy. The air conditioner in the next room is on, but it's like a stuffy pot buzzing here. Such a quiet place is ruined by an air conditioner. It is recommended to install the air conditioner on the ground instead of nailing it to the wall to cause resonance in the whole room. Hygiene: Average, acceptable Environment: The environment is OK, Suguo is very quiet without that abominable air conditioner"

"I always love to stay at this Hotel , Room is big , receptionist is good , location is perfect, one issue I hope the management will consider the corridors and room carpet to do a deep cleaning it's getting very dirty now , if my next trip there is no improvement I shall look into next hotel"
