1、房間沒有熱水，這是萬萬接受不了的。想洗漱都沒辦法正常進行。作為一家酒店，再説房價春節期間也不便宜吧，連基礎的設施都滿足不了，難道衹是睡覺嗎，熱水都沒有，體驗太差了！問前台衹是説正在修復，實際你們的環境自己清楚，10點沒熱水，到了下午晚上還是沒熱水。
2、介紹上説有暖氣，壓根就是騙人的。根本沒有暖氣，開了一晚上空調，乾死了。
3、哪哪一層土。
4、電梯巨慢，等個電梯浪費20多分鐘。

這個酒店應該是個老牌星級酒店，房間挺大，但是設施看的出來有些年頭了，春節的價格太貴了，床墊太硬了，被子很薄，還好暖氣充足，衞生細節有待提高，地下停車場車位很多，但是僅有一部電梯到車庫，高峯期需要等很久

酒店非常的舒適，裝修風格我很喜歡，酒店就在金明路和宋城路口，去哪裡都方便。到宋城路高鐵站打車起步價，去北站也就十幾分鍾，十幾分鍾就能上下高速特順。
房間也很乾凈，床也夠舒適，服務方面沒得説，貼心！前台24小時都有人。早餐中西式都有，更喜歡本地特色小籠包，胡辣湯。住的特別省心，下次來開封不二選擇！

設施：房間設施齊全，算是比較好的酒店了
主要是窗簾透光，對睡眠不好，還有就是樓上太吵了應該是小朋友跑來跑去了。
衞生：房間挺整潔乾淨的
服務: 贈送早餐卷，就是客户人太多，亂七八糟的，不是搶吃的就是插隊，素質也太低了
吃不完都是浪費了
