Everything is very good.
The facilities are very advanced.
The pool is very comfortable.
The tatami by the water is very beautiful.
The service is very good. Because of the toilet problem the night before, we upgraded to a larger and more spacious suite the next day.

這家酒店住了好幾次了，一個月前住這裏。這次是假期全家十來口一起去的。酒店環境很好，可以泡温泉，有游泳池，早餐也豐富。家裡有位長者坐輪椅，服務生也都很照顧。還要特別謝謝1035員工，總之對服務很滿意，下次還有來的。現在很多寵物友好酒店，以後有帶寵物可以入住的房間就好了。

五一前去的，看我們帶着孩子着急，前台6號帥哥免費給升級了湖景房，視野超好，可以看到清明上河園的遊樂場和煙花。打掃衞生的王秋華大姐很熱情，態度也很好。開封太好玩了，後勁真大
