首先先説好的地方，第一:前台很熱情，入住當天很快辦理入住。第二，工作人員素質還可以，都很有禮貌。不滿意的體驗有兩點，其一:入住前有工作人員提前和我聯繫，並詢問我有何特殊需求，從服務本身來説還是很積極的，但關鍵是，我告訴了酒店我的需求，就是多放一雙拖鞋，多放一條浴巾，因為我訂的是家庭房，酒店工作人員也答應了説沒問題，而且，我到前台登記時再次又確認了，前台跟我説已經準備好了，結果我到了房間一看根本沒有按照我的要求準備，還是原來那樣，我又現給前台打電話叫服務員現送過來的。我就想説:這不是逗悶子嗎？你問我有什麼需求，我也告訴你們了，你們也答應提前準備好，結果啥也沒有，逗我玩兒呢？？我感覺就是無理取鬧，電話打的毫無意義，不如歇會兒吧！這是管理上或者流程上出現的比較明顯的脱扣問題。其二:衞生間地漏嚴重反味兒，一進去就一股騷臭味，到我第二天退房前味道還有，打掃衞生的人聞不到嗎？或者説聞到了並沒有及時反饋，這是不是也是管理上的問題？所以我很難給出好評，衹能説入住體驗一般吧！
