整體環境
設施：很好，服務有待提升，和前台溝通良久，要和洗澡的拖鞋都沒有，海還被告知是自己酒店最新通知，前天才在洛陽橘子過來，25年新建，洛陽服務很周到，會有消毒的洗澡專用的鞋子，臨走按入住訂的人數走兩份禮物，開封這邊是領走監督你必須好評，禮物一份，也是不太想要和洛陽有差距，感受不太好，還好衹是臨時一個晚上，果斷換地方

酒店很新，位置很好找，旁邊就是超市，很方便，停車位充足，自駕很方便。離博物館很近，走路幾分鐘。離萬達也不遠。服務特別好，入住為孩子貼心準備了小童洗漱用具，離店還送了伴手禮。酒店早餐也不錯，房間乾淨整潔，家庭房兩張1.5米的床，帶兩個孩子睡着剛好，總之體驗感很好。
