簡直太驚喜了，酒店的服務真的很好，知道我們有小朋友，特意準備了小朋友的拖鞋牙刷牙膏，太貼心了，吧枱還給小朋友準備了各種零食，還貼心準備了伴手禮，和小朋友的玩具，下次來還住這裏，體驗感真的很棒！

酒店位置好（離高鐵站很近，前面兩百米即是博物館和來回鄭州和開封的主幹道鄭開大道）。
酒店設施齊全而且很新，一樓大廳和客房內的設定考慮周全且貼心，工作人員的服務也很好，讓人有賓至如歸家的温馨感覺。自駕停車免費。訂的家庭房，房間很大很寬敞，裝修也很温馨別緻，有兩個床，床很寬都是1.5米寬。總之如再來開封會再次預訂。

跟對象來開封遊玩的，挑酒店時看到了桔子酒店，一直都知道桔子酒店，但是這是第一次入住，沒想到體驗感真的很好，不管是服務，還是設施設備都很棒，還給做了升房型體驗，大廳免費的水果，餅乾茶水，還有自助咖啡機
