先説優點吧
1、提供接送站服務，很貼心；
2、我們訂的兩晚，在提出問題後，很快給我們升級了房型換了房間，工作人員態度也很好。
再説説不足和值得改進的地方吧
1、我們訂的大床房，進到房間一股下水道的返味，一開始沒在意，後來一點沒散，發現是淋浴間的下水返味，而且有小蟲子飛來飛去；
2、房間的安全鎖按上了打不開，必須用鎚子反過來砸，工作人員明顯事前知曉這個問題，卻沒有提前告知，在我們打電話詢問的時候才告訴我們怎樣打開。
