You get what you paid for, it’s clean but location isn’t the most convenient.

There was no explanation on how to unlock the room when I checked in. The way to open it was special, so they should have explained it. The hallway and the room had a fishy smell. Unpleasant. There was dust in the corners of the room and mold in the bathroom. It felt like it was worth the price or less.

Location on the harbor. A room with a sea view as described was only available after a complaint. But even this was only a modest one, across the corner. The most important thing, actually, was the mattress, which was defective and outdated. Otherwise, parking is available for a fee. And breakfast is also more expensive than advertised. Not a return option for me. There are better options for the money.

Parking is convenient right outside the hotel. Staff is very friendly. Room is big but a bit old. Only the 6th floor is a non-smoking floor, so the whole hotel also has a strong smell of cigarettes.

The reason for staying here is that it is within walking distance of the Kawasho Hall, you can stay in a twin room, it has breakfast, it is in a cheap and quiet location, you can eat after the concert, and you can take a leisurely stroll. It meets all of these criteria. You can't expect a great view from the window, but there is a spot where you can walk to and see the ocean and Sakurajima up close, so it is very satisfying. The inn has a certain oldness to it, but the staff are very friendly, and I would like to use it for concerts.

Great staff. Late check-in, late breakfast, and luggage storage are possible. The hotel is far from the station and the ferry, the location is not very good.

The location was a bit inconvenient for foreigners to visit.

I stayed here the day before a friend's wedding. It was a simple hotel with no inconvenience as we stayed overnight without meals, but there were long hairs that clearly didn't belong to us lying in the bathroom and under the bed. The hygiene management was disappointing, with dust collecting in the corners of the room and the smell of the room, probably due to the air conditioner, being moldy even though it was a smoking room. .

It was close to my destination and I was very satisfied with the experience. I will definitely book here again next time.

The building isn't new, but it's cheap. But it feels clean. The front desk staff are helpful even late at night. There's nothing to be worried about.

If you drive in and park in the hotel parking lot, you will be charged an additional parking fee, and you must hand your car key to the counter. The room was clean and tidy, but unfortunately the soundproofing was not very good. I could hear the Japanese Oji-san chatting next door, although I couldn't understand the Japanese they spoke.

Dust in the room, mold on the shower curtain, water leaking from the faucet, meaningless free Wi-Fi, poor internet connection, spider web in the smoking area
