Onsen is more like a public common bath. Probably due to non peak season, during our stay, only 1 tub was filled out of 4. It is shared between both male and female hence you will need to be in your swim suit. Breakfast is definitely a must to get as nearest food is about 10min walk and the shops don't open early. Nonetheless, the view is amazing, the room is amazing, amenities in the room are awesome too! Identical to pictures provided. They also provide unique tea and facial masks!! Toiletries are replaced promptly.

The breakfast was good. The room was spacious and good overall. We stayed for 2 nights, the only regret was that they didn't make up the room between the two nights, but maybe we should have asked for it. A great selling point is the free shuttle to bring you to Jiuzhaigou Park Visitors Center. We also appreciated being able to have dinner there, the food was surprisingly good value for money. We also enjoyed the laundry machine + dryer amenities. Overall good value for money

Check-in was smooth and easy. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Our butler, Mr. Xiao Han, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. He gave us helpful recommendations on places to visit in Jiuzhaigou National Park, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, we had a wonderful time staying here and would highly recommend this hotel.

Overall the hotel is very good. Room is spacious and furniture is in good condition. However just note that: 1) the shower area doesn’t have anything for you to hang your clothes or towel that will not make tour clothes wet. They have a little hook for you to hang stuff but because the shower area is small, whatever you hang there will become wet. Because I went in March and its still very cold, it would be good for them to have something for us to hang even the robes that will not get wet and do not have to come out with our wet body, enduring the cold. 2) the make up room service did not clean the room thoroughly as we can still see some bog chuck of dust floating around the floor. Besides the above, the food at the hotel restaurant is fantastic and delicious. Service is excellent for the staff in the restaurant as well as the front desk. 小田gave us good service and provided the necessary info upon check in. There is a mini mart besides the hotel too and is very near to the JiuZhaiGou scenic area. Definitely would recommend this hotel! 👍🏼

A good option for Jiuzhai I honestly feel quite mixed about the hotel - in some regards they were really great, but others need some attention Pros: - Location is perfect - a 10min taxi ride to Jiuzhaigou Scenic area main entrance + on the hotel’s doorstep are a wide range of food options and little supermarkets - The airport transfer is excellent and a fair price - 200 RMB. It just made me realize how much my previous hotel in Huanglong ripped me off by charging me ‘the foreigner price’ 😡 - Scenery - it is a very beautifully done up hotel and located in front of a mountain. There are a lot of koi ponds and a very pretty restaurant opposite the reception. - The room is spacious and bed is comfortable. - The 2 staff members who speak English are helpful. - They refunded me when I checked out early as I had to leave earlier. Cons: - The rooms could do with a more thorough cleaning - the small coffee table with faux marble top had some layers of previous cups and other grime. - As already stated by other reviewers, Western breakfast is limited - think toast, cereal, and instant coffee in an urn. When I asked for a butter knife to spread butter and jam on my toast, I was told to use a chopstick or spoon 🫣🫣🫣 - The hotel towels could do with an upgrade as they are quite worn.

Huazhu will always give customers a different experience. If a hotel's service can truly treat customers as God, I am looking forward to staying there again! I especially praise Xiaoting at the front desk for her attentive and thoughtful service, which instantly got rid of my fatigue from a whole day of travel! Very good, five-star praise, no doubt!

(”I hate this place!!!” is what I would have said if the staff had not come to our rescue. During our 3D2N stay, we had moved into 3 different cabins. In the first cabin, the rain shower felt like weak rain droplet due to weak water pressure; then toilet had weak flush that our poop could not be cleared even after 30 over flushes, and then the flush stopped working. We changed into another cabin the next morning as it was already late at night. The second cabin also had issue. When we turned on the floor heating and air conditioning heating for more than 4hrs, it was still not working and the room was still at 3 degree Celsius. It was really cold and we had no choice but to wear our winter gear with heat packs on us, figuring out if the heater would finally work. The staff provided us a portable heater (refer to last picture) as we would not want to change to another cabin anymore. However, our toilet flush stopped working and this forced us to change to the 3rd cabin. This would have been a wonderful stay if the room's basic facilities had worked normally. But thanks to the excellent service of the staff, we could tell they really tried their best to fix the issue immediately whenever we raised the problem. Now for some really good things we appreciate about this place: 1) If you are looking for a nice glamping experience, this is the place to go. The room is beautiful and the view is amazing. (Do check out cabin 8 and 9). You may get to be close to animals too. (refer to picture) 2) If you are looking to enjoy the stars without much light pollution, this is the place to go. (Suggestion to the staff, please replace the street lamps with motion sensor. So that the place can be darker at night for star viewing. Your street lamps are too bright with no cars moving around. Refer to 2nd last picture. This is the brightness of the room with all room lights off. But the street lamp had spoiled the star viewing from the room.) 3) They provide free car transport to fetch you from the bottom of the hill. (Note: Their didi GPS of the hotel is wrong. The didi might drop you half way off the hill. So better request for free car pick up service from bottom of the hill with the hotel.) 4) The communication with the staff via Wechat is fast and responsive. We are already connected with them before we depart from our country. When you reach Huanglong Jiuzhai Train Station, they will also guide you what bus to take and which stop to alight (Hua Mei Sheng Di, not Jiu Zhai Gou Visitor Center) and has their driver on standby to fetch you to the hotel. 5) The staffs are amazing, friendly and helpful. When we faced trouble with our cabin, they responded very fast and did their best in assisting our problem. 6) The room is a smart room. From the moment you open the door, the curtain will be automatically opened for you, the room will have nice music to welcome you. You can also connect your laptop or phone via their Bluetooth and have the whole cabin turned into a surround sound movie theater. Conclusion: Our stay would have been more than perfect if all the basic facilities work normally and the street lamps can be turned off during the night with motion sensor for us to view the stars. I would recommend my friends or myself to come again if they can take my suggestions and fix the place. =) )

A very nice homestay, with eight-star service ratings. The yak hotpot is worth recommending. The babaogan sent was a bit stale, so the boss immediately sent another one. You can also experience ******* clothing photography. The young waiter is also superb. The environment is good, the service is good, the hotpot is delicious, and the breakfast is rich. It's just that Xiao Ai is disobedient, haha! Friends who need to come to Jiuzhaigou must recommend it👻👻

Might be one of the best stays we've ever experienced. The service is (without exaggeration) near-perfect and the views were nothing short of magical. Staff & villagers were more than accommodating and we felt sincerely welcomed and fully immersed. Im fact, we preferred our time here over our time spent at the senic park. Would also definitely recommend the horse riding (we got to do ours with 2 beautiful horses, Mo Cha & Red) and having a Tibetan-style dinner from the hotel's kitchen.

The hotel's public area is designed to blend in with nature. The sun shines down from the ceiling when we have breakfast in the morning. It feels good and comfortable to escape from the city, and the green plants make people feel like they are there. The service of the staff is also very good, they are very attentive throughout the whole process, and they also gave the hotel's suitcase when we left.
