Recept’s service is good, mentioned once that I like 麻花 and they gave me some everytime they see me. Cleanliness was great too. The only down side is no bathrobe, and the toilet & tissue paper given was too little. Location was good, 5 minutes drive to jiuzhaigou entrance & 千古情

Location is great. About 15mins walk to the park! Staff was helpful. Many eateries nearby. Bed is comfortable and room is spacious. Interior of hotel is beautiful just like in pictures. Housekeeping and cleanliness needs to be improved though! I found the shower area floor a little slimy and there was a stench coming from the drain. Other than the cleanliness lacking, I had a comfortable stay. Best part of the stay is the smart toilet 😝

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with great hospitality, and to our delight, the hotel even upgraded our room. The upgraded room was spacious, well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience. Another highlight of this hotel is its convenient location. Not only is it surrounded by various restaurants offering dining options, but it is also close to the breathtaking Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. This makes it an excellent choice for travelers planning to explore the stunning natural landscapes and crystal-clear lakes of Jiuzhaigou. The only minor downside was the breakfast, which was just average. While it provided basic options to start the day, it didn’t stand out in terms of variety or taste. However, given the hotel’s overall comfort, excellent service, and prime location, this was only a small drawback.

The tickets are cheap and the location is good. I have never sat in such a good location. The hotel also has a bus to take us to the scenic spot and pick us up to watch the performance, saving a lot of taxi fees. It’s located in a very convenient location that close to the show’s theater, I mean walkable. And many restaurants are around it, no worries about dining or drinking. The hotel is also quiet cleaning as much as meets a Japanese’ expectations. The staffs are super friendly, feel free to ask them any of assistance if you needed. I really enjoyed the breakfast. If you’re looking for a stay that feels special and different from all those typical commercialised hotels, this is the one. We stayed in the suite and it was amazing. There were two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and even a hot jacuzzi in the living room. The whole space was really big, with some nice traditional design touches. It’s great for families and definitely worth the price. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The boss even invited us to have tea with him in the evening, which was such a nice surprise. He gave us great suggestions for places to visit, and honestly, they were way better than what we originally planned. He even took pictures of us with his camera and gave us printed copies to keep, which was so thoughtful. The lobby felt very cozy and welcoming. There were lots of cats and dogs walking around, which was perfect for us since we love animals. The location was also just right. It’s only a 10-minute drive to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, so it’s convenient but still peaceful, away from the busy crowds. It’s also right across from the theatre that plays the romantic Jiuzhai show, which is great if you’re planning to watch it. Overall, we had an amazing stay. Easily a 10 out of 10 experience. Our second time in this hotel 😄👌 Only 10 minutes away from Jiuzhaigou valley scenic area, you can book he room with transportation to and from the valley. Bedrooms are spacious, beds are clean and comfortable, you can't hear any noise from the road once you're in the room. Breakfast is Chinese cuisine, you can also find bread, butter and coffee 😋🍞🍳. Front desk staff were attentive and helpful, dealing very efficiently with foreign passports.
