We booked a family room for 2 adults and a 10 yo kid. The room is clean and well designed. The amenities in the hotel is quite complete like laundry room free of charge. Detergent is not provided, however, customer can purchase detergent capsule at CNY5 from the counter at the hotel lobby. There are convenient store and MCD outside hotel building. The hotel also provides a good selection in their breakfast menu which caters customers traveling from western countries. The location of hotel is great, walking distance to national park entrance.

It really makes people feel clean and comfortable, and the joy of traveling is doubled 😁 The breakfast is complete, and friends from the north and south can find their favorite food. In addition, Hilton also has a free shuttle bus to and from Jiuzhaigou, which varies in different seasons. This can save dozens of taxi fees. If you want to eat local food, there are several good restaurants near the hotel. It is up to you to choose, and basically all the dishes are large. The friends I met in Jiuzhaigou were all warm and friendly. The scenery was beautiful and the people were simple. Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou, I will still choose to stay here.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights when I went to Jiuzhaigou. Jiuzhaigou is beautiful, but the hotel experience was not good. Because I had to catch the high-speed train in the morning, I booked an early ticket for the next day with the hotel front desk in the afternoon before I left. However, when I went to the front desk on the morning of my departure, there was no ticket for me. They said they didn't know why. I also asked the front desk if they could help me book the shuttle bus ticket for the departure. They said they could help me, saying that children occupying seats are the same price as adults. Later, I booked the shuttle bus ticket myself at Jiulv Yuexing, and children occupying seats are half the price.

The hotel is a four-star hotel, very nice, with a grand lobby. It is off-season these days, Jiuzhaigou is very cold, but the hotel is warm, and I don't feel cold immediately after enjoying ginger tea. The room is clean and sanitary, with complete supplies. The most touching thing is that the free shuttle bus takes you to the Goukou Tourist Center, which is actually only about 20 minutes to walk! The surrounding environment is also good, and the food is very complete. There is a street a few minutes away from the door. The hotel breakfast is also good, it is a buffet, and the taste is Sichuan flavor! The scenery of Jiuzhaigou is so beautiful. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will stay in this hotel!

The most feared thing when going out for washing is that it is hot and cold or there is no hot water. The overall size and decoration of the room are better than those of economic hotels in the same area. There are also many tour groups staying here. The front desk is patient, enthusiastic, attentive, and responsive, making people feel at home. The hotel has a special car to take you to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, so you don't have to take a taxi yourself. The driver is professional and enthusiastic!

The room is clean and tidy. The hotel is right on the road. You can see the snow-capped mountains on the left when you go out. The air conditioner in the room can be powered off all the time, and there is an electric blanket. What's more, Jiuzhaigou is beautiful😄
