跟預訂訊息不一樣，開空調要多交20塊錢，而且沒有房卡，衹能從裏面鎖門，我們去的時候那個老闆説要麼你取消訂單，但是訂單已經取消不了，我們衹能多交20塊錢空調費，房間又臭又臟，被子一股味道，而且沒有牙刷，沒有衞生紙，早上出了一趟門，回來發現老闆把空調關掉了，第一次住這麼差勁的地方

設施簡陋，沒有通常快捷酒店的用品，空調即使給你開，遙控器也不給，其實也基本不制熱，房間陰冷關鍵老闆缺乏誠信，開票超正常多收，誤退房間不太配合退款，平台介入才處理。
