前台能不能好好培訓？我在**上預訂兩晚的房，為什麼我來前台的時候説我衹預訂了一天？。夜班什麼都不懂，為什麼要安排在前台？為什麼要用我的時間去培訓他們？懂與不懂。還要讓我等半個小時。我一去你們電腦就卡，我不去電腦就不卡，還要讓我等半個小時。也不可能説你們酒店沒有一個好的服務。夜班的那個服務員就挺好。非常很耐心的跟我們講解很多東西。這樣的服務態度才會讓我們感覺到來。你們酒店住，就像回家一樣。夜班前台服務跟夜班的客房部服務員差距非常大。前台完全什麼都不懂。衹會開房刷卡玩手機，這些他們絕對會其他的什麼都不會，希望你們能夠好好的去培訓培訓他們。在這呢，確實夜班客房部的那個服務員確實很好。服務態度給了滿分，這樣能夠給我們做客一種非常很好的一個印象。我們過年不回家，她能給我們的感覺就好像回家一樣。如果夜班前台都能夠向客房部夜班的服務員那樣的話，我相信可能會更好。

春節期間預訂了這家酒店真的出乎意料，房間性價比很高，早餐也很豐盛，酒店前台服務態度很好，衞生間居然配有雙洗手盆，下次有機會還會再來。

這個酒店在吉首不算太高端，應該也算中等吧，這個衞生真是不敢恭維，住的親子房，晚上11點半房間還跳閘。早上退房時候要服務員那個袋子，走進去一下，説沒有。這樣的酒店不住也罷。太差了。
