因為滿意吉首厚驛大酒店的服務，所以又選擇了延住，客房服務員態度也很好。周邊的乾州古城景色不錯，從這裏乘一站高鐵加懸浮列車就能到鳳凰古城遊玩，也很方便。

第二次入住了，前台升級了房間，假日的原因早餐人山人海，菜品不到9:00基本都是空的，假日高峯酒店應該提前做好備案的，關鍵是增加人手（招一些打臨工的學生）

酒店非常不錯，可以説性價比很高了，酒店房間很大，雖然不是新裝修的，但是也新很乾凈，東西都維護得很好，早餐也很不錯，值得推薦。

非常不滿意，一次性拖鞋也沒有，一次性浴缸套還要收錢，忘了東西，不給寄，到付都不給寄，還需要自己聯繫順豐，無語，
