The room was spotless, with all new and complete facilities. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation and the hot water was consistent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town!"

"A hotel that is extremely not recommended. Under the guise of a hotel owned by Ctrip, the service attitude is extremely bad. Because I needed ice, I took a bottle of water to the front desk and asked to put it in the refrigerator. The front desk told me to take breakfast to the restaurant. When I brought it to the restaurant in the morning, the restaurant actually said there was no freezer. Where do the quick-frozen foods you serve to your guests come from? Could it be that you don’t freeze it at all? When you encounter a problem, the hotel staff is more straightforward. If you want to complain, just complain. It doesn't matter! It was not until the Ctrip platform intervened that there was a phone call from the so-called management staff. It’s just a few words about not hurting or itching, but no actual actions or sincerity can be seen at all. Just move your mouth. As a platform, Ctrip has repeatedly called to express its apologies. What does your hotel do? Treat your customers like this and still expect business to thrive?"

I reported this problem to the front desk the next day. Although the front desk took the master to look at it, they found that there was indeed a problem with the air conditioner and it could not be repaired. Instead of explaining it to us, they replaced it. An electric heater in the room? ! They never gave us an answer or offered to change or upgrade our room. Are we paying for the electric heater? This service concept is so poor. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to talk to the front desk. . ."
