房間很乾凈，床睡起來也比較舒服。但是隔音特別差，走廊裏的爬樓和説話聲特別清楚，甚至樓上房間的聲音也依稀可聞。有一晚11點一羣男性在走廊喧嘩，聲音非常大，吵鬧很久，前台置若罔聞，還有人敲我的門，非常影響睡眠。

和家人第一次來湘西旅遊..以為吉首乾州古城附近賓館的價格也挺貴，沒想到南苑賓館乾淨衞生價格親民，本來訂的一個1.5米的大床,國慶期間在景區周邊房間緊張的情況下，老闆大愛給免費升級到了一個兩米的大床房，床上用品還很舒適，一覺到天亮睡的特別香。愛出者愛返，福往者福來！謝謝熱情好客的賓館老闆,祝您生意興隆，客從四面八方來！

酒店不錯，位置非常好，離古城很近，逛街吃東西都非常方便，但是晚上挺安靜的，24小時熱水，還有中央空調都挺不錯的，空間也比較大。對了，女老闆人很好，服務周到態度很好
