理解節假日期間價格瘋長，但這家店的吃相太難看！花着300多的高價定了平時價格104的三人間，結果等我們晚上8點半到了之後，商家以到的太晚為由，把我們領到一個狹小的大床房，（把三人間給別人用了！）然後非常熟練的臨時拎進來一個小拼接床（床墊子是兩塊海綿拼成的，後來客人衹能睡在兩塊海綿的縫隙上！！）並表示整個錦州城都沒房了，退差價是不可能給你退的，店裡每一間房都是一樣的大小。這也就算了，顧客在換床期間，在房裡放下私人的東西出去吃飯，千叮萬囑弄完床把房間鎖上，結果回來房間門還是開的，床單到處都很臟！被子用的都起毛了根本不是現換的，還發潮！！三個人住衹給了兩床被，客人去要，結果説沒有了，給的是一床薄薄的潮乎乎的花花綠綠像電熱毯一樣的舊被！（可想房間裏的被子都用了些啥！）客人再三要求，才勉為其難的拿出一個被罩讓自己換上（最後也沒用這床被）！空調根本不好使，熱水器也不給開，房費已經從平時的104漲到300多了，一次性洗漱用品都不給？？衞生紙也沒有！！你們家想錢想瘋了？？？

房間太小，沒有空調，到了這個季節了房間裏面特別悶，洗漱用品需要花錢，沒有吹風筒沒有毛巾幾乎什麼都沒有，衞生也不是很好，衞生紙的質量也特別差還特別少

房間很差，圖片被p過，房間裏面有股味道，沒臭味，入住環境體驗感很差，交按金30元走的時候退5元，本來給老闆説的給我留一間二樓單間，但是我回來他沒有留我原房續住，説好80元一天，第二天走的時候前台那個人就説是一百一天，説那個女的説的不算，強行坑了20元，簡直太6了，住了這麼多酒店賓館，第一次評論，想入住的朋友一定要看清楚，房間真的很差！而且洗漱用品五塊錢一套，紙巾3塊一包，第一次住還要收費的洗漱用品酒店，要入住的朋友一定要注意⚠️
