"How do I put this? The facilities and service just don't match up. For such a large resort with a kids' pool and a children's play area, it's really hard to understand why there are no kids' toiletries, slippers, or bathrobes provided. There was no one to greet us, and we had to carry our own luggage up and down stairs everywhere. The overall experience was really poor, and the service wasn't great either. Quite dissatisfied overall."

"Every time I travel for business, I choose this hotel. The cleanliness of their rooms is surprisingly good, truly spotless. The lobby environment is also excellent, very beautiful, and perfect for taking photos. On the first floor, there's a fridge, coffee machine, and power banks for everyone's use. The laundry room is also on the first floor, with both a dryer and washing machine, which is very convenient. All the staff members have a great attitude."

"Beautiful and well mentained Hotel with unfortunately super thin-walled rooms. The aircon did not run properly and shut itself off after some minutes but the staff worked on it and after a while it was all warm. The lining and towels were all super cigarette-smelly which we never experienced in that way... it was disgusting. We have a mixed feeling, even with the laundry plus dryer and the english speaking guy at the front desk we probably would not stay again. They stored our bicycles in a storage room."

"The decoration style of the hotel is very unique, like a European castle. The room was very clean. Indoor facilities are sufficient and meet four-star standards. The staff is welcoming. You can go to the bathing area every day, play all day long, and take a bath at night to eat some free fruit. It's very comfortable. The pool in the men's bathing area was too hot, so I didn't dare to get in. Everyone just came up after soaking their feet. The hotel lobby is inside a 4S store, and you need to drive straight in. There is a National Grid supercharging station nearby, and charging is more convenient. The breakfast was very good and exceeded expectations!"

"This hotel is too new. The room was filled with that new house smell. It was particularly pungent. If anyone minds that, it's best not to choose this hotel. But because it's so new, the overall environment is quite nice. I came to Jinzhou for the May Day holiday. I ate Jinzhou barbecue skewers, strolled through a nearby market, and found fantastic, incredibly cheap fruit—strawberries, cherries, blueberries—and the food was also very inexpensive."
