Upon check-in, the front desk staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming. Not only did they efficiently complete my registration, but they also proactively offered a free upgrade to a higher floor room when I mentioned wanting to see the night view. The whole process was very efficient, and I didn't have to wait long at all. They thoughtfully provided bottled water and a local guide filled with detailed recommendations for delicious restaurants and hidden gems – it was even more practical than my own research! Upon entering the room, my first impression was how immaculately clean it was. The floors were so clean I felt comfortable walking barefoot. The sheets and duvet cover were completely odorless and felt incredibly soft. A selection of pillows (both firm and soft) was available. This entire stay far exceeded my expectations. Everything from the location, ambiance, facilities, to the service was impeccable. The value for money was also outstanding. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to the city, and I've already recommended it to friends who are planning their travels!

We had a room booked in advance. Upon arrival at 10 PM, the front desk claimed they had no record of our reservation. After we showed our booking confirmation, they made us wait in the lobby. Following a frustrating delay, they finally provided the room card, stating our booking 'just came through.' This felt incredibly dishonest and like a clear excuse; I certainly didn't book it on the same day! It was too late, and we were too tired to make a fuss. Although our Ctrip reservation didn't include breakfast, the manager did kindly offer two complimentary breakfasts. We stayed for two consecutive nights. On the first day, I didn't drink the yogurt. The next day, when I finally had one, I noticed it was expiring in just three days. It's truly unacceptable for a hotel to serve guests products so close to their expiration date.

Our trip with the little one was quite enjoyable but also exhausting. Choosing this hotel was definitely a great decision! We're quite particular about cleanliness, so we were very satisfied with the room's facilities and amenities. Our child loved it too! We all had a very comfortable night's sleep. The front desk service was also incredibly prompt and attentive, always following up on our needs. A lovely manager in the lobby constantly entertained our child and even gave us some small snacks! We even extended our stay today! We're absolutely thrilled!

Stepping into the lobby felt like entering a serene oasis, wonderfully refreshing and, crucially, enveloped in an enchanting fragrance that instantly won us over. The surrounding area is incredibly quiet and peaceful, truly a hidden gem. Our room was fully equipped with excellent amenities, and the supremely comfortable bedding ensured we had a fantastic night's sleep. As a newly opened hotel, everything felt wonderfully fresh and sparkling! The outdoor parking was very convenient, and the breakfast offered a good variety, making it ideal for families with kids. The hotel is also conveniently located, not far from both Quanzhou and Jinjiang city centers. I heard they have a lounge too, which I'll definitely try on my next visit!

Jinjiang is such a vibrant city, full of local life and charm; I really love it here. Choosing the Orange Crystal Hotel turned out to be an excellent decision. The lobby was wonderfully fragrant as soon as we stepped in, immediately creating a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel also offers convenient parking, and the surroundings are quite peaceful. The room facilities were comprehensive and well-maintained. Crucially, the quality standards are excellent – all the amenities provided were top-notch! We had a very pleasant stay. All the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the duty manager was always ready to assist and answer any questions – truly excellent service! They even gave us a small souvenir upon check-out. We'll definitely be back next time!

This was my first time staying at the Orange Crystal Hotel, and I spent two nights there. It's a brand new property, and I was absolutely thrilled with my stay! The front desk kindly upgraded us to an Executive King Room, and the ambiance was superb. The room was well-equipped with an aroma diffuser, a Bluetooth speaker, a bathtub, a separate wet and dry shower area, a mini-fridge, and even a vanity mirror inside the fridge compartment. I was even surprised to find a smart toilet, and the hairdryer was a Dyson! Upon check-in, they provided complimentary snacks, and the shower gel had a lovely scent. On our second day, during check-out, there was a fire drill. As an apology, the hotel offered us an aroma sample and an eye mask. Getting to Puxi Wanda by taxi only took about 8 minutes, making it incredibly convenient for those traveling by car.

The room is fully equipped with office amenities, and the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, making it incredibly easy to catch up on work after hours. The bed and pillows were perfectly comfortable, truly helping to relieve the day's fatigue. The hotel also offers a very thoughtful laundry service. The room was equipped with a mini-fridge, a humidifier, and even USB charging ports right by the bed, making charging incredibly convenient. The cleanliness was exceptional; even the corners were spotless, and housekeeping was very prompt. In the evening, they even delivered a complimentary sweet soup, which was both heartwarming and comforting. The service was truly impeccable, and my overall experience was fantastic!

This is a newly opened hotel in Quanzhou/Jinjiang. The location is convenient for visits to west street, wudianshi. It is also near shopping malls typically would take around 10-15min by taxi. Staff at the front desk and around the hotel are professional and friendly. There is also a robot that helped deliver replenishments and food. There is also a self service laundry room which is great for washing your clothes. The staff even offered to help to send clothes after drying to our room. I.e. you need to no wait at room for collection. Rooms are located at high floors in general starting from level 16. Space is decent compared to other hotels. There was slight renovation smell in the room given the hotel is new but was not too bad. A small suggestion to the hotel: please offer body lotion as it is a common service in most hotels. Overall, a pleasant experience and I will definitely recommend choosing this hotel when you travel to Quanzhou/Jinjiang.
