Excellent hotel all around. Service was excellent, especially the front desk staffs who were attentive and helpful to assist me with the locations of trains stations. We were also given a free room upgrade, which the room exceed our expectations with large windows and spacious area. The room was very clean and modern. Hotel is located near the airport and to some attractions. I honestly can not find anything to complain about this hotel. Value for money. We will definitely choose to stay at the hamptons again.

very comfortable hotel, all the staffs from front dest to F&B to the cleaner are too too too friendly, the front dest staff (tall and young guy) know we love the butter cookies and he prepared 2 tin for us. This make us feel so warm when we are oversea.

The hotel offers a fresh, modern, and comfortable environment that exceeds expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness, thoughtful design, and welcoming atmosphere.
Compared to the Xiamen branch, my experience here was significantly better. The attention to detail, quality of service, and overall ambiance were remarkable. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably maintained, ensuring a restful and enjoyable stay. The fresh views from the hotel added a delightful touch to my trip, making it a refreshing experience.
The staff deserves special mention for their professionalism and friendliness, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The facilities are top-notch, catering to both business and leisure travelers alike, with everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.

All it’s facilities match it brand name, but the cleaning servant was too urgent to clean my room when I still stayed in my room before I checked out at 8 am
