The room design is strange. The door opens directly into the bed. There is no privacy. The soundproofing is very poor.

The front desk lady Xuelan provided good service and was very welcoming. The room was clean. The breakfast was also very rich. I was very satisfied with my stay and will stay here again next time.

Because we use Atour bedding at home, I always choose Atour when I go out. This Atour is the only one I've seen that doesn't have a food delivery robot. All takeout orders are delivered manually downstairs (resulting in too many takeouts and not enough workers). Secondly, this room has the smallest window I've ever seen in an Atour. The urine and water stains on the toilet were not cleaned up, the bathroom door wouldn't close, the kettle didn't differentiate between room types, and the toiletries and tea and coffee boxes were completely useless. The bathrobes were extremely worn and had traces of dye bleed. The breakfast porridge, such as tofu pudding, wasn't kept warm. The display was messy, with no distinction between hot and cold. The marked staircase from the sixth to seventh floor was usable, but it was closed at 10 a.m. on Sunday, resulting in a door that couldn't be opened after walking downstairs. This is the worst Atour hotel I've stayed in so far.

I went to Jining during the Spring Festival and chose Atour again. The experience was still good. The front desk service was thoughtful, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. Jining is a historical city. I went to Taibai Tower, Taibai Lake, and Todaiji Temple. The New Year atmosphere is strong and it is worth visiting.

The hotel is in a very good location, just opposite Wanda Plaza, convenient for shopping and eating. It is also close to the popular snack street Hetaoyuan Road, which can be reached on foot. The room is clean and tidy. During the Spring Festival, parking spaces are tight, and the front desk staff actively help guide parking spaces.

First time staying here, very satisfied, good service, clean room, comfortable environment, good facilities, delicious breakfast, rich variety, shower is very comfortable, convenient location, located in the city center, convenient for shopping! Recommended, good, great!
