酒店設施環境都不錯，每晚會贈送一點小零食，第一天是三小袋蟹黃大豆，第二天是三小袋小麻花。贈送的汗蒸體驗，大家一定體驗一下，第一天我們滿心歡喜去體驗，湯泉服務人員告知我們人特別多，沒讓我們進去，第二天我們從皇城相府回來，汗蒸前台的姐姐們一臉不耐煩看着我們手中的體驗劵，還是和我們説人有點多，但是我們還是去了，其實並沒有多少人，女浴沒有湯泡，但是公共區域的汗蒸很有特色，有粉色鹽蒸，中葯蒸，火山石蒸，還有K歌房，女浴的姨姨特別熱情周到禮貌。早餐很豐富，有特色牛肉丸方便麪。國慶節酒店價格增長，作為遊客我十分理解，但是我覺得服務品質不應該降低，既然贈送汗蒸體驗，還是想讓每一位客人去感受，不因該因為是贈送或者外地客人區別對待。建議合理安排體驗特色項目，做好服務，才是酒店做大做強的方向。

酒店位置近司徒小鎮 ，晚上看了打鐵花表演，回來很放便。房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全。早餐品種豐富，味道不錯，可以滿足不同地方人的要求。

一家三口來晉城旅遊，第一天住了鳳城康養，第二天來了這裏。這邊房間有點小，我訂的房型是朝向小區的，一大早有人接親很早就開始吹吹打打了，補貨這也是難免的。看見評論區有人曬有歡迎水果和睡前牛奶，這的確是沒見到，不過送來了鼠標墊和三個小餅乾，可能是房型級別不夠高。晚上有深夜煮麪的服務，不過等了挺久才送來。整體可以，畢竟價格不高，性價比不錯。沒有去樓下的汗蒸，有機會可以試試。
