The hotel's location is quite remote, making it ideal for self-driving. The night view outside is acceptable. The hotel's overall design is quite impressive, but the toothbrush is poorly equipped and sheds a lot of hair, which is unacceptable. The older, bespectacled waitress at the restaurant entrance made two consecutive mistakes: 1. During the buffet dinner, she couldn't understand my family's signature and actually said it didn't match the signature of the two guests staying. Do adults need to sign in exact, one-to-one handwriting to understand? I've signed countless times, but this was the first time I've encountered such a situation. It's a complete nuisance. 2. When I swiped my room card for breakfast, they said it didn't include breakfast, even though the system clearly indicated it was. They lied and were completely inexperienced, causing further nuisance for the guests.
