環境很好 還有泳池 客房也及時補水 孩子磕到 還給了碘伏棉簽前台很棒！ 游泳時候 王柯墁小美女還熱情的幫我看孩子 讓我去換衣服 很滿意

酒店位置比較偏，比較適合自駕。
晚上外面的夜景還可以
酒店修的整體比較大氣，牙刷配置差，出現掉毛嚴重的情況，實屬不應該。
衞生清理不夠乾淨床下還有食物殘渣。
服務比較差！尤其是餐廳服務非常不專業，業務也不熟練，餐廳門口戴眼鏡的年紀稍大的女服務員，連續兩次出現失誤：
1、吃自助晚餐時，看不懂家人的普通簽名，竟然説簽字的和入住房客的兩人都對不上，難道成年人要簽一比一劃的字體才能看懂嗎？簽過多少字了頭一次遇到這種情況，純屬給客人添堵。
2、吃早餐時刷房卡，竟然説我們的房子不包含早餐，而系統內明明顯示是包含的，睜着眼睛説瞎話，業務太生疏，再次給客人添堵。

酒店環境很好，在龍馬湖旁邊，臨近春節湖邊掛起了彩燈很喜慶。房間細節做得很到位，洗浴用品和吹風有品質，尤其牙刷是軟毛比其他酒店用的舒服。辦完入住，大堂專人陪同送到房間，到門口服務員已端着水果小吃站在門口，早餐特別豐富好吃。準備明年春節還來。

第一次攜家人入住鳳城康養中心。它坐落在白馬寺森林公園西側，龍馬湖旁，酒店內整體高端典雅，外圍風景如畫，簡直就是一個世外桃源。這裏非常適合康養度假，放鬆身心，遠離城市喧囂，靜謐舒適。

初次入住該酒店，當天在酒店二樓中餐廳用餐體驗很差，一進去就感覺不對，一桌客人都沒有。我們點了六道菜有兩個是半成品，麻椒雞和平遙牛肉都是包裝的，味道很差，千萬不要點。
服務很差勁，飯還沒吃好就把我們餐具和筷子撤了，問到服務員***（實習生）為什麼撤我們餐具時，表現出一副很不耐煩的樣子，一看就是沒經過培訓進來的。後面叫來他們主管***，也是一副應付態度，很不舒服，一點服務意識都沒有。絕對不會再有第二次用餐體驗。
後附兩名人員胸牌，希望酒店相關部給予批評再教育，這樣的服務和酒店檔次極其不匹配，嚴重影響酒店的形象和消費者的體驗。
