"I have stayed in countless hotels, and the family room at the Riyadh Hotel is the best (not one of them). It is really big and comfortable. The kids really like it and don't want to leave. We have no choice but to stand up. We have to go back to Dalian tomorrow. The food in the restaurant is good and cheap, especially the shaomai, it is so delicious! The house price is super cheap! It’s also during the National Day, so I have time to take the kids to stay for a few more days! There’s no need to go out to find food."

"The room is particularly satisfied! Clean and tidy, the service staff are very good. The hot spring is cleaned at night, and the new water is in the morning, especially clean. The swimming pool is large, well equipped and the service is in place. I like rafting and surfing the most. I can play for an afternoon and swim in the hot springs at night. It’s great!"

"I read extensive reviews before I booked this hotel a few months ago, and my experience staying 3 nights here did support those excellent reviews. The services were superior and the staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good and packed with sufficient proteins and nutrients to prepare for a full half day skiing. You can rent ski equipments ( even clothing) right at the basement conveniently after you are done eating. Ski passes and ski classes can be purchased right there, with the channel discount prices, so you avoid the hassle of doing these things at the Ski Service Center. There is a Tesla Model Y always ready to take you from hotel basement to the ski slopes (the ski-in and ski-out access was closed during my stay there but in most cases you could do it) and take you back to hotel whenever you call them a few minutes ahead of time). The hotel itself is located within walking distance to the ski lifts, so even without the transportation assistance, it is manageable by putting on ski boots and just walk back and forth with your skis. The room I booked has a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room with TV and dining table and a kitchen sink and stove ( but no utensils yet so don’t expect to cook meals there). Bottle waters and snacks were replenished daily for free. Besides its own dinning facilities and a small grocery store on the basement, there are plenty of options to eat and shop on the Main Street just down the road from the hotel. Overall, the New Story is a happy story and I look forward to returning in a year or two. (My advice for those who can afford flexible schedules, try to come here in slow season like now outside the Xmas and Chinese New Year windows, the snow is still quite good yet the crowds are not existent and you can get really good deals in staying, though the lift ticket is still not cheap, 430 RMB a or some $60-65 a day. Much more in busy season)."

"I took my baby to ski at Songhua Lake and chose Yangshan Villa~ The villa design is warm and comfortable, giving us the feeling of home. Compared with hotel rooms, I prefer this kind of family-style villa. It has a large space and is more convenient for eating takeout and drying clothes. It is very suitable for living with children. Although the location is not as good as the Prince Hotel, the butler provided very considerate services. Every time I have questions or need help, the housekeeper responds promptly and provides extremely quick help. "Very close to the ski resort, the hotel has a car pick-up on call. We rented a car and drove there in two minutes. The service was considerate and the massage was great to eliminate ski fatigue and soreness! I especially praise the front desk brother who waited late at night to put the equipment in the room in advance, and the hotel could return the ski pass. It was so convenient! "It was my first time to go skiing in Songhua Lake and I didn’t have a high budget. I chose Qingshan Apartment as my accommodation. The boss helped me throughout the entire process and informed me of the address in advance to mail the skis. The skis were brought into the room one day in advance. When I checked in, I saw snow when I entered the room. The board will be really happy. Every day, I will ask if I need the aunt to clean and replenish the corresponding disposable towels and other items. The third phase is actually not far from the ski resort, only a 10-minute walk, and the Qingshan Canteen is right outside the door. There were so many delicious dishes, and I ordered an acid-removing massage to come to the room. My aunt said that my room was about the same temperature as a prince, much warmer than a salmon. In short, I will choose this hotel next time I come!"
