It's a 民宿 near 双峰寺 very convenient but not easy to locate the homestay when we arrive near many tourist attractions and food. It will be good if they have shelves in the bathroom for our toiletries. Staffs are helpful and polite👍

房間很棒，古香古色的，設施也很不錯，如果是家庭出行，可以考慮他家，老闆很熱情，進門就請你坐下來喝茶，前台小姐姐很貼心，出門怕我們累，還主動將電動車借給我們，在附近轉了很大一圈，省了很多力氣，不然一大圈走下來肯定會很累，附近小吃街也很豐富，還有一家麪館物美價廉，三十多年歷史，很好吃，附近交通也還好，有很多付費電動車🛵，可以掃碼騎行，總之此次住這家很不錯，空調也很涼快。下次好會選擇這裏。

非常近景點，在雙峯寺後邊！！位置民居中，是潮州四點金改成，郭之奇故居旁，房間裝修非常新，乾淨！！有空調，熱水洗澡！值得介紹，雙峯寺前，有間自助餐齋店，非常好吃，每位¥20！！

先説總體感受：房間好看但不實用，但商家態度非常好，有需求會及時響應。
第一：如果是定雙床4人間房的人注意了， 大堂和商家圖片不是一個位置，梅、蘭、竹、菊這4間房是在另一個位置， 沒有大堂。門一開就是客房了，p3公共區域院子有一張茶台。 如果同時入住的人多，相當於是沒有隔音、私隱性也一般（因為住客來來回回走動），甚至入住當天，還有其他退房的回來借公廁……
第二：房間是很好看的，不過新房有點味道。 標配是4人間，但是房間內配置的日用品都沒有（後面是在布草間自己找的） ，老房改造的蚊蟲較多。
劃重點：房間設施可以説是沒有， 沒有放置行李的置物架，包括衞生間洗漱用品也是沒地方放。 廁所浴室也沒有做乾濕分離。
最後説價格：訂房價300+再加幾十已經可以定設施完善的複式酒店了。 同等價位住房配套確實欠缺了點，不過地理位置是很好的，離景點都很近。

Exceptionnel !! Tout s’est super bien passé, la chambre était super, le personnel extrêmement sympathique et nous avons même partagé une soirée ensemble où nous avons pu discuter pour le festival de la mi-automne. C’était génial !!! La position de l’hôtel est parfaite, en plein centre et à proximité immédiate des points d’intérêts et de très jolies rues au bord de canaux. Merci pour tout !!!

環境好，床品舒服，除了周圍在搞基建出行不是很方便，其它都非常nice
前台美女帥哥雖然話不多但服務態度極好。我們家兩個小孩一直跟我説媽媽一定要給他們5星好評哦。
我走的時候忘記帶自己的茶具，小姐姐非常耐心負責的幫我寄了順豐快遞。

位於古城，舊古居改造，周邊雖然在翻修，但巷子裏處處古樸原始，保留很好，民宿服務也很熱情，可以在院子裏泡茶喝，和店裡的人聊聊榕城區的文化和老爺的故事，很有趣，推薦呢。
