位於古城，舊古居改造，周邊雖然在翻修，但巷子裏處處古樸原始，保留很好，民宿服務也很熱情，可以在院子裏泡茶喝，和店裡的人聊聊榕城區的文化和老爺的故事，很有趣，推薦呢。

環境好，床品舒服，除了周圍在搞基建出行不是很方便，其它都非常nice
前台美女帥哥雖然話不多但服務態度極好。我們家兩個小孩一直跟我説媽媽一定要給他們5星好評哦。
我走的時候忘記帶自己的茶具，小姐姐非常耐心負責的幫我寄了順豐快遞。

設施：硬件設施有些細節可以再做精緻一點，比如我們入住的那間房，一進門口處的細節可以在硬件設施做一些加強！
衞生：細節方面還可以加強！
環境：拍照打卡非常漂亮！可繼續升級！
服務：繼續保持，小哥哥真的非常不錯！如果是老闆之後生意一定越來越好！如果是員工，嘛老闆一定要好好對待，真的超好！

古香古色很有特色的房間，地理位置優越，就在雙峯寺邊上，揭陽學宮200米就到。周圍共享電單車很多，出行方便。

民宿是一個古宅改建的，風格非常古風，拍照出片。
但是複式房太小了，如果4個人的話都轉不開身，行李箱也沒地方打開，大夏天樓上的空間巨熱，根本沒法睡。
後來給換了親子間，湊合能住。
房間比較潮濕，蟲子較多，介意的人慎重。
