靠近電梯的房間會比較吵！離潮州和汕頭很遠，來回開車2個小時左右！勝在便宜！

一進到房間就看到書桌、櫈子、床上，廁所等地方有蟑螂在房間裏視察，更氣人的是連床上的被子都有蟑螂，到前台跟女服務員反映時那個女的還在笑，衹説會去房間幫忙處理好，我們出去回來房間後又發現被子上都有蟑螂在睡覺，然後跟服務員反映後説沒房間了，不可能換房間，衹説幫換床上用品，搞到晚上十二點多有個男的來房間説換床上用品要我們自己動手換，問我們要不要換，難道你們酒店沒有服務員的嗎？最後連床上用品也沒教，嚇到小孩子一晚上都不敢睡覺，真是服了。另廁所門，花灑也是壞的，常常出門住酒店，這間酒店是最差最差的。

春節期間房間價格可以接受，就是幾樣設施設備有待改進，房間電話接不通找不到總枱要自己下去找前台，淋浴間還好但是把手壞了也沒人修，其他設施基本沒有，衣架沒有洗衣袋沒有服務介紹簿沒有，睡下要自己去門口關燈沒有床頭開關，就是服務態度很好，電視WiFi都很好，不過不失啦，大過年的要包容就好了。

酒店八樓還有博物館這一點蠻好的而且酒店周圍交通可便利了，設施啥的都挺好，衞生也挺乾淨的環境還算安靜，服務態度好
