房間先不説，服務是真的可以，入住的時候，前台小哥還給免費升級了房間，我以為這就完了，沒想到後面前台的妹妹還送來了水果，還有零食，這服務確實沒得説。
不知道服務這麼好，為什麼評分這麼低？入住的時候還能免費游泳，這點挺好的，可惜我不會遊，衹能看別人玩。
房間環境也不錯，整體是那種簡約輕奢的風格，屋子的事是基本都能用房間的小度控制，就連外賣也都是機器人送上來的，都不用自己下去拿，太省心了。

衞生特別差，晚上2點去住，第一間房桌面和床邊都有垃圾和污跡，換到另一間房廁所一看就是沒有拖地的，第二天起來發現床上還有一滴血，肯定是床單壓根沒換。住兩天前後叫了三次打掃，都是很馬虎的，衞生意識非常差。

為了揭陽跑馬才訂的這家酒店，攜程四星，以為會不錯，酒店也提供早上接送和簡單早餐，這點要點贊，非常不錯，但是浴巾有股尿騷味，服務員態度也很一般，沒有熱情，跑完回去九點十五分，早餐幾乎沒東西吃，連白粥都沒有。酒店電話打了四個電話，七八次才有人接聽。酒店基礎設施是還可以的。

房間很大 環境很好 地理位置稍微偏了些 周邊沒有什麼吃飯的地方 幸好停車位比較充足且停車免費 早餐是在攜程上另外付錢加的 選擇不多

過年來了揭陽入住的這家酒店，提前了2個月訂的房間，房價還沒漲，算是撿漏了。房間特別大，有喝茶的地方，乾濕分離的衞生間，非常乾淨，就是熱水出水特別慢，要開很長時間才有熱水，白白浪費了好多水，總體感覺價格很親民。
