房間沒打掃乾淨就讓我辦理入住、洗漱用品也沒有，找了前台、重新找房，房卡也不拿來更換、也沒讓我下去更換，讓我在之前的房間白等，換了房沒沐浴露、洗漱盆放不了水。一次夠了，誰住誰後悔

預訂的智能雙床房，説是小度能控制所有智能家電。結果半夜燈突然全打卡，凌晨一點兩點打開三次，被迫換房間。兩三點才睡，根本沒休息好。
酒店服務員説換房間就是處理結果，無法接受，很無語。本來就是應該給我們換房間，誰能開着燈睡覺啊！！！
