Great service and warm attitude! Special thanks to front desk manager April, who speaks English and helps us a lot. Free upgrade to Four Seasons Hotel, the room was spacious, modern, clean with amazing decorations and hot spring tub. Breakfast buffet was rich and tasty. Yunlan Hot Springs relaxing, few visitors, we were almost alone all the time (so untypical for China). It was one of the best experiences in our travel to Shanghai. It's a pity we couldn't stay for more days.

住宿是在温泉上面，打開房門就是潮濕悶！空調關掉 開窗，但窗外是一個建築包裹，根本沒辦法做到通風，回到家就發現身上都是紅疙瘩，可能是被蟎蟲咬了 癢死！不會再去了。室內的小童遊樂區通風循環也不好，在室內的小童遊樂區 整個在仙境一般，全都是迷霧，什麼也看不清
