下單後馬上有電話來確認到達時間、門票代購（有優惠、70歲以上免費）等事宜。小姐姐來接，還幫忙提行李，有問題回覆及時。
再説説環境，很喜歡這樣的庭院和小木屋。
坐在院子裏看樹影婆娑，聽風聲鳥鳴，理想中的愜意生活。當然不能忽略的現實是，會有蚊蟲騷擾，深秋初冬甚是寒涼。
複式的結構也是選房時的亮點，但如果是年紀大的，就不太推薦了，夜晚起夜需要爬樓梯去一層，不太安全。
浴室沒有門，會濺到洗手枱區域，沒有專門吸水的腳墊，建議改進。
另外，空調聲音會特別吵，但不開，又特別陰冷，被子會感覺潮乎乎，小姐姐説這裏安靜就會顯得特別大聲。
跟小姐姐反映情況，第二晚給換了一間“西窗畫夢”，雖然氛圍、設計感略遜一籌，但立式空調強勁，還給添了床被子，加了電熱毯，滿足了舒適度！謝謝小温的服務！

煙雨江南，最美西塘，入住期間非常非常非常非常舒服，管家早早就在園門口迎接了，昏昏欲睡的剛下車，東南西北還沒分清，就聽到管家喊我的名字，熱情招待闡釋着什麼叫賓至如歸，老闆家的餐館也很棒，清蒸大白值得去嘗試的，希望大家來旅遊都住這，當然請給我留間房，嘿嘿

酒店位置在卧龍橋碼頭邊上，出來直接逛很方便。訂的房間在窄巷進去二樓屬於鬧中取靜，房間非常大很有特色，衞生間很乾凈而且很寬敞。訂好由酒店人員安排停車點並且過來接的，態度好服務周到。一進房間蚊香和空調都已就緒，很貼心。

體驗感特別好，剛開始看攜程也是太多名宿了不知道訂哪家，看到這家也算是盲訂吧像開盲盒一樣，驚喜不斷！我家孩子們超級喜歡古香古色小木屋，房間乾淨整潔、屋子不大但很温馨，隨便拍了幾張湊合看吧，反正是平台商家都沒有騙人和圖片一致，好評哦，管家也很給力，下次去古鎮還住呢，已推薦身邊親朋好友們，㊗️老闆生意興隆！
