Terrible experience especially the airport transfer We informed in advance that we had 6 travellers with 4 luggages. We eventually got 6-seaters car which is perfectly to fit 6 of us including the luggages. However, the driver then picked up another passenger and asked us to squeeze in the car! How terrible is it?!! Why can’t you just get another driver to pick the passenger up? Or get another car which is sufficient to fit 7 of us? Meanwhile, the location is a bit far away from the airport which needs around 20mins driving distance. We strongly not to recommend this hotel

The hotel itself is cozy and nice. But the room is too small, way smaller than shown in the photo. If you want to sleep, you can't. There are many people waking up all night and making much noise. There's no soundproof in the room. They don't speak English but they have a nice translator. But i didn't like the staff lady's attitude. She was a little bit mean, even if she couldn't speak english, you could tell her attitude. The guy staff was nice. They have free pick up and drop off to the airport. It was good
