下雨後大廳門口有積水沒及時清潔，走過的時候腳下一滑，差點摔倒。玫瑰餐廳早餐驗房卡的齊肩發的服務員既耳背，客人連續説了幾次房號都聽不清，還非常沒禮貌，和客人爭吵，直至客人問她是不是要吵架才停。早餐非常糟糕，沒什麼吃的，而且餐具不衞生。
如果是女生還是深夜到達，得練練膽量才去住，電瓶車的服務生把客人放在路邊，手一指，就讓客人自己摸黑穿過長長的綠化小花園自己去看不到人的客房樓裏找房間，真是好害怕！
酒店很大，有不同且分散的客房樓，都是電瓶車在路邊放下客人，讓客人自己去找房號，找不着也沒人問。
房間的鏡子是壞的的（圖3），鏡子都不見了，剩個座。圖一二，大廳門口沒拖乾淨的積水。圖五六，餐具沒消毒，上耐還有沒擦乾的水。總之，不要花幾百塊住這樣服務的酒店。

因為第二天一早要趕早班機，所以訂了這，整體來説不是很好找，需要到另外一棟大堂找工作人員帶過去，房間裝修還行吧
