1、老闆夫婦熱情肯幫忙，指導並提前安排停車位，春節期間不容易的事！接送都用小拖車幫託行李。大廳擺的橘子汁多香甜，女兒吃了，數天後還在稱讚！臨走老闆送的燕窩酥，留到昆明喂海鷗，海鷗不吃麪包專吃燕窩酥，讓我們又想念“雲錦”！春節房價較貴，但有這樣的用心服務，心裏感覺也值！2、客棧位置很好，在古城中心位置，大廳很大可休息，選的三樓樓頂房間，安靜好晾曬衣服，可做在露台觀景喝茶，但房間佈局有待改善，客房小衞生間大，衞生間的設計動線不好。路過看見二樓客房很大，很羨慕！

房間大，設施齊全，就在古城裡麪，方便。停車場需要提前跟老闆説，他會帶路停指定地方。樓頂可以晾曬衣服，有洗衣機。不足的地方是，1，衞生間好狹窄，人蹲在那裡，門是碰頭的。2，智能馬桶蓋的故障的，鏡前燈是故障的。3，浴室是漏水到外面的。

來建水古城遊玩，選擇入住雲錦客棧（朱家花園店），客棧環境乾淨整潔，客房設施完善舒適，出門右轉就到古城，左轉到朱家花園，非常便捷方便，住兩晚還安排了車站接送服務、當地特色早餐，前台小姐姐人熱情好客，有問必答，並且耐心的講解建水好玩的景點及當地美食，指導遊玩路線，讓我們有很好的出遊體驗，下次來建水玩還會選擇這家客棧！

最近比較忙，現在才來評論，酒店位置好找，停車方便，房間好漂亮，閨蜜很喜歡這間房，我們訂的無早房型，所以房間沒有含早，所以需要早餐的記得訂含早房型，價格也差距不大，我們另外買了早餐券，到了早餐廳出乎我們的意料，品類特別多，推薦推薦，物有所值。
