經常出差，一般都是住比較近的酒店，上次住的已經滿房，臨時定了這個酒店，住了三晚上的酒店，房裡洗澡的水一會熱一會冷的不説，臨時漲價，住不起了，換個酒店了。

衞生：衞生非常一般，乍一看還挺乾淨，但小孩貪玩推了牀頭櫃，櫃子下面好多煙頭和衞生紙，床上也有毛髮。另外，酒店因為寵物友好，會有遊客帶寵物入住，建議訂標間，因為大床房是地毯，寵物的尿液清掃不了，一進屋就和住動物園一樣，開窗通風都沒用。我們定了三間大床房和三間標間，大床房全都是尿**味，標間是木地板，沒有什麼味道。設施：晚上水比較熱，早上水涼，不知道是不是用的太陽能或電熱水器。空調遙控器是壞的，用手機打開空調發現衹製冷不制熱，前台態度不錯，馬上給換了一間，換了一間又沒衞生紙，也是醉了。位置：酒店離最熱鬧的商業區紫陶街較近，開車十多分鐘就到了（過年遊客較多，紫陶街不好停車）酒店樓下有很多停車位，酒店對面有一家燒烤店（鹹，難吃）酒店左斜對面有一家回回米線店（味道不錯，米線可免費加）客觀總評：我們因為入住人較多，又是過年，臨時換酒店不好換，勉強入住了。但如果再去建水，一定不會住他們家，400多一晚的性價比真的太低了。
