地理位置很好，朝陽樓外面雞市街裏面，停車場上來不遠，走路三分鐘就到。整體環境不錯，老闆和前台妹妹都很熱情。門口對面有家雲南菜館味道不錯，民宿門口及周圍很多吃的，比較方便。下次來還會住這裏。

本來不想浪費時間寫差評的，但實在忍不住，房間很小，有異味，熱水器壞的沒有熱水洗澡，都是非常非常老舊的設施。電視不能正常觀看，廣告倒是硬控我一晚上，我村裡奶奶家的電視都比這個強。最不能忍受的一點就是不隔音，晚上熊孩子走廊跑來跑去，感覺在你的枕邊跑一樣，早上孩子哭啊鬧啊，真的很要命，總的來説跟城中村的賓館差不多吧，就這種房間三百五，素菜葷價，老闆明明可以直接搶，但還是給了我們一個房間，人還怪好的嘞。壁雷了家人們。建水很好，下次還來，但再也不住桂香湖了。

這次的酒店入住體驗簡直無可挑剔！一進大堂，就能感受到優雅的環境和精心的裝修，簡約又不失格調，很有品味。前台工作人員熱情又高效，很快就幫我辦好了入住，還細心介紹周邊好玩的地方，超貼心。
房間寬敞明亮，佈局合理，設施新且全，智能電視、高速Wi-Fi一應俱全，細節拉滿。床品柔軟舒適，衞生間乾淨，洗漱用品也很齊全。
酒店餐飲也很棒，早餐中西式都有，油條豆漿、麪包煎蛋，樣樣美味。地理位置絕佳，交通便利，周邊餐廳、商店很多，出行超方便。無論是商務還是旅遊，這裏都是不二之選，下次還來！

酒店就在小桂湖裡麪，環境衞生那好的沒得説，門口就是建水古城，交通便利，周邊步行兩分鐘吃的玩的應有盡有，往前走七八分鐘就是建水有名的米軌小火車，設備設施齊全，客房大姐打掃衞生很用心，沒人住的房間每天都在維護，要衣架也拿的很快，服務很到位
