這個民宿是新裝修的，很乾凈，離朝陽門很久走路十分鐘，老闆人很好，強烈推薦來建水的住在這裏，中國人不騙中國人
而且備品都是一次性的，很貼心，服務很到位

這家民宿新開的，是個喜歡玩無人機的小夥子。老闆一家人不錯，水果可以隨便吃。酒店沒有早餐，離酒店不遠有供銷社食堂，性價比很高。酒店的一次性拖鞋質量有待改進。

酒店房間衞生間都挺大，乾淨舒適，我在去哪兒團的一個優惠房價，比正常房價便宜幾十，當時想着如果不行就加錢升級房型，結果入住之後非常滿意，老闆也沒有因為房價便宜區別對待，另外離古城也很近，步行即可到達，推薦入住

鬧中取靜，離小火車站很近，離古城大概400米左右，溜達着過去也不累，附近也有許多餐廳飯館，值得一提的是小火車站對面有個供銷社食堂，值得打卡，伙食也不錯，小超市很多80年代的貨物，蠻親切的，小老闆是兩個帥哥，非常熱情温暖。房間也很大，很乾凈。衚衕裏面，但是停車位不錯。

設施：很多智能設備，絕對物有所值！！房間很新很乾凈，衞生這方面天花板了，如果有潔癖請選這家！
服務：態度特別好，並且會主動説可以接送高鐵站，如果要去附近哪裡，也可以讓管家小哥幫忙送一下，特別感謝！服務已是天花板了！
隔音：古城裡太吵，選擇這家是正確的選擇！就在古城旁邊距離朝陽樓100m的居民區，符合正常作息，很安靜～

帥鍋老闆熱情接待，親自下廚煮粉給我們品嚐，好手藝。四合院子安靜，有自己的停車場。房間清爽舒適，步行即可去古城。老闆年輕理念新用心經營，一定會越來越好。
