The hostel is well located in the old town was very convenient. The staff is friendly and have provided us a very good service. The breakfast was very good and we really appreciated it he coffee which was incredibly good ! 😉

挑了很久才挑中的這家民宿真的是讓我眼前一亮，紅磚院牆挨着文廟，抬眼就是青瓦藍天，露台能望到波光粼粼的學海，芭蕉與綠植裹着民國風老建築，隨手拍都是氛圍感。室內更驚喜咖啡吧配着巨型仙人掌，木格門後藏着水景庭院，茶室書架擺滿建水風物，每個角落都揉着復古與鬆弛。住的房間躺在床上就可以看到文廟的風景，床品軟和得像陷進雲朵，清晨被陽光和茶香叫醒，連空氣裏都浸着古城的慢調。老闆很熱情，服務非常好，強烈推薦！

在古城裡，非常好的位置，在文廟隔壁，從房間能看到文廟局部景，2分鐘走到古城大街，鬧中取靜，晚上睡覺很安靜。 房間設施和裝修不錯，看得出民宿主人很用心，去的時候安排了接站，快到時，民宿女主人已經在路邊等了，熱情周到，有家的感覺。好幾個公共空間都很舒服，特別是魚池很美。

服務:下單後就聯繫了，問是否需要停車位，添加了微信，旅遊攻略這些不清楚的，民宿也都做了詳細的解答，到店後立馬出來迎接，下午茶 水果給安排上。
位置 就在古城文廟旁，2樓就可以直接看到學海，很安靜，在院子裏 瞬間就能靜下來，而步行100多米就是熱鬧的臨安路，很贊。
院子裏的綠植和大錦鯉養的很好
房間設施齊全，衞浴高端，床品舒適。
衞生乾淨。
咖啡好喝的。
來建水 度假 就選這，不會錯。

非常有特色的一間民宿，藏在文廟紅牆外的巷子裏，絕佳的文廟觀景台和星空觀景台，通往古城各地非常方便。房間很舒服，乾淨程度非常滿意，老闆人很好，早餐、下午茶和咖啡都很有特色，服務相當棒！強烈推薦一住！
