民宿外表低調，實際上內部設施完全不輸大牌酒店，今天早上老闆還送來了兩衹熱騰騰的本地玉米，非常的香甜，這麼好的入住體驗，下次來建水一定還住在你家！

這是位於古城朝陽樓附近的一個民宿，外表太過普通，走進去卻裝修雅緻，一塵不染，廳裏的綠植、裝飾、陳設頗費心思。房間不算大，但精緻整潔，床墊軟硬適中，床上用品洗漱用具也有品質，坐式馬桶還是恆温的。二樓有個小小觀景台，小桂湖的風景盡收眼中。特別值得一提的是兩口子老闆為人真誠熱心，幫助介紹景點，規劃行程，他們推薦的餐館，都是好吃不貴，令人滿意。對於自駕的朋友，老闆在旁邊還有車位，很是方便。由於對這家民宿非常滿意，我們把原定一天的行程調整到兩天！
