This Inn is very close to the Ximen (WestGate) and is just a few steps away from a popular local well. If coming from Railway Station, take the local bus (think is #19) to the terminal station, West Gate. From there it is just a 2minute walk to the inn. However, I find the East Gate is more busy and more convenient but u can take an electric trolley vehicle in West Gate to the Eadt Gate for just 3Yuan Just note that the toilet is a squatting type, at least my room is.

建水古城西門外的一間民宿，從火車站坐919、K919到終點站溢爽樓站下車後看到西門燒烤店，左手邊的小路進去幾十米後看到公廁的標誌左拐進去就看到客棧招牌了，再往裡走30米就是著名的大阪井。客棧性價比很可以，有些衞生細節還可以改善，衞生間沒有蹲廁，年紀大的住客有些難度，建議店家可備幾張坐廁椅。三樓有個廚房，可以給住客簡單烹飪，整體風格古樸典雅，是旁邊一家攝影店的固定拍攝地點。

來建水必住的客棧，在古城西門大板井巷子裡頭，附近公交車站很多去哪都方便，我們去了周邊的景區團山民居、文筆塔、石屏古城，還有燕子洞，十七孔橋，建水古城真是可以天天逛，裏面文廟朱家花園臨安府署等，説回來這家客棧性價比極高，太便宜了，來此旅局的最佳選擇，可以住個十天半個月的，很划算

在大板井的一個小弄堂裡頭，路盡頭就是大阪井，就50米的走路距離，我每天去打水來泡茶喝！愜意得過着我的小日子，住這真的太方便了，去西門也很近，菜市場就在附近，菜價又很便宜，肉價才12一斤，黑豬肉18，這太適合我這種小老百姓，這就是我在這裏的生活

站在樓頂可以看到西門清遠門近在咫尺，離大阪井又很近，真的是我這次旅行最明智的選擇，客棧古樸幽雅，可以去大阪井打水喝茶，最重要的是房間住得舒服，不亞於外面中高檔酒店，價格卻很親民，化很少的錢享受到了300多酒店的待遇！我們打算在這旅居一段時間，好好逛逛建水這座有文化的古城！

設施：雙床房是2個1.5米的。燈很亮，洗澡水也大，舒服。
環境：是個天井的小院，古香古色，照像還不錯。樓頂看風景不錯。

衞生很一般，水龍頭水非常小，有蚊蟲。本來定的是豪華大床房，房型介紹是二樓（我確定我入住前是這樣寫的，剛準備去截圖時已經改了）去到後卻告訴我沒有了，提出為什麼沒有留好我定的房型，老闆就是態度很不好地説沒有了，不給解釋。表示你們不想住就退房，不要在這裏跟我叫。這是旺季，我是提前了一個星期安排行程訂房。客棧處理問題的態度很不好。另外我們是下午4點多到店，酒店寫着下午2點入住，去到現場説還沒收拾好，要等。態度是很理所當然要客人等，説你們換位思考一下。
